I'd do 19 lands with Dust Bowl

It will not be to much no Blue mana if I need? for other way 3 Wasteland effects will be nice. What to cut? A bounce spell, maybe Snap or a counterspell?

Hi, guys. I'll build my first Tiny Leaders deck. Some friends in the store had begin to play tiny Leaders and I see there another point of interest.
