I like your list a lot khaos. maindeck I would just go 4 seekers 2 grand masters although i am tempted to play 3/3 too as i said. Also i think pilgrim could be valorous stance (so you also free up a sideboard slot) or just the 4th wild slash , but i know you love pilgrim so probably you should just play her. I think phoenixes are really good right now and i approve 2 maindeck.
In sideboard maybe 1 of the 2 empty slots could be a banishing light ... i just like having one catch all card.

Another random thought : if you decide to play 4 outpost sieges, as stark mentioned you are playing sort of a control deck. He said that dragon is not a good/necessary card in a deck able to create so much card advantage, also because if you tap out turn 4 to play siege, you will need to hit spells to recover your tempo loss and possibly stay on defense, a job really not suited for dragon. So what about playing 2 wingmate roc in lists with 4 sieges ?

Actually the "hybrid" deck that khaos posted in something that i'm considering since some days.
The real debate since stark's list has been playing grandmasters or playing dragon.
I liked grand master a lot immediately when it was printed, because it's a decent early drop that can take over the game in the late turns meanwhile providing lifegain.
But i am not comfortable cutting dragons completely because flying creatures are essential against green decks.
Also i'm not convinced playing 4 sieges maindeck is essential, because i don't want to find myself with too much of them in hand and experiment the feeing i had when playing jeskai tokens and drawing 3-4 cruises/ascendancies (aka the do nothing hand).
I think that a balance can be found, and personally i like 2 grandmasters, 2-3 dragons and 3 sieges maindeck with extra fliers in sideboard. 6 two drops is a number that i am comfortable with, and now that caryatid is seeing less play i could also see a 3/3 split between seeker and grandmaster but probably it's not a good idea.
About magma jet, i really like playing it. I understand that wild slash is a fantastic tempo play, and lightning strike deals 1 more damage .... but playing a couple magma jets replacing 1 strike and 1 slash really makes me feel much more confident about not flooding out. In my opinion the advantage of scrying 2 is worth losing very few power.
Last thing i want to mention is stark writing in his article that mastery of the unseen is now less effective because control decks (abzan and sultai) have access to enchantment removal and he'd rather play ashcloud phoenix now. What do you think about it?
I suppose i should also post a list but since i have a pptq on sunday i will post it assuming that i don't change my mind and just play mono red.

Peak eruption is obviously good in the mirror. I think it is ok to run 2 of them in sideboard now that this deck is very popular.

Well, we are also talking of a 3 drop vs a 4 drop. If you choose brimaz over phoenix you can afford to play more chandras/sieges.

Went 4-3 at a ptq with basically pardee's last list. Deck felt solid against everything. Lost to manascrew/flood against abzan aggro (almost won game 3 on a mull to 5), lost game 3 against jeskai tokens although i had a very good hand against their average draws (3 lands, glare, chandra, dragon, sarkhan), but he just went double rabblemaster+burn spells and missing removal my planeswalkers were too late to the party. Sadly i got crushed by U/B control .... i don't know if it is a bad matchup or just him having absurd draws.

I also feel like 1-2 banishing lights can be good maindeck. It's always nice to have a catch-all removal spell that can save you from ascendancy/whip/random shit or just eat a creature. I also feel it is not a good sideboard card because it doesn't do anything in particular very efficiently. Maybe it is ok to not play magma jet at all... the only thing that keeps me from removing it is the scry effect that is sometimes invaluable .

Unfortunately, 3/2 with first strike is not a good card in a world of 2/4 creatures...

Yeah, if you are playing roc i can get behind pilgrim.
I would like to know what do you all feel about a couple banishing lights main deck, because i find whip of erebos painful to face in game one .... I guess the answer is just trying to kill them before they start gaining too much life, but that doesn't always work unfortunately.

Valdarith : in your list you are playing ten mountains for chained to the rocks. I believe in last season's boros burn the bare minimum was considered 11 but people used to play with 12 (i don't know if memory serves me right, correct me if i'm wrong). Anyway, i could just be paranoid but i like playing at least 12 mountains .... at least, i think your wind scarred crag should be another evolving wilds. My current manabase is 4 temple, 4 battlefield forge, 2 evolving wilds, 10 mountains and 4 plains. My personal opinion is that Brimaz doesn't add enough to the deck to justify the inclusion of a double white three drop in a deck that needs mountains for chains. I am playing him right now because i don't like pilgrim, but probably i will replace him with he new phoenix when fate reforged is released.

Lightning Dolt : I don't think that making comparisons of this sort is helpful at all. You should ask yourself if in this format the 1/2 body is worthwhile rather than thinking pilgrim=nekrataal so she must be good. My answer for now is that the 1/2 body is not doing much, so i'd rather replace pilgrim with another removal spell or another threat, but I'm very open to discussion and i would really like to know if and how pilgrim's body proved valuable for you.

Currently i don't like very much the 3 drop options for this deck besides rabblemaster and outburst.
Brimaz is ok but it stresses the manabase quite a bit, meaning that you probably have to run one less mountain and one more white source... this can lead to minor inconsistencies (no mountains for chains, no double white for brimaz).
Heliod's pilgrim i don't like at all .... while in u/w heroic she offers a very good toolbox, here she is just another removal spell ; but why should i pay 4 mana to get a chain and a 1/2 body when, for example, i can just play banishing light main deck that costs 1 less mana and eats whips and ascendancies game one? Actually i like the idea of 2 banishing main deck, but i fear being too few threat -dense. Another option would be a couple hushwing gryffs main.
Fortunately, it seems like fate reforged will give us nice 3 drops to choose from in flamewake phoenix and monastery mentor. I think i will play flamewake phoenixes as well as a couple ashcloud phoenixes to have better shots at ferocious. If only they printed a good 2 drop or 1 drop to lower our curve a bit it would be perfect.
On the debate between roc and stormbreath, i will just be playing the dragon unless it becomes absolutely clear that roc is better..... because why play a stupid bird when you can play a dragon ?
