I'd probably add one (or two) Engineered Explosives to that list. It's a good anti-Artifact/Enchantment option, especially for Grixis.
You might wanna add the second Spellskite, I've been really impressed with its versatility.
Vedalken Shackles is the obvious Sower replacement, it's probably better against non-Inquisition of Kozilek/Abrupt Decay decks. I'm going to assume Tasigur is good against Abzan etc., maybe you don't need as many 'board cards for the matchup?
I'd rather have access to [2 Dispel 1 Negate] than [2 Negate 1 Counterflux]. Dispel is how you win counter wars.
[card]Kolaghan's Command[/card] is probably worth testing. All of the modes are relevant in the (Blue) mirror? (CA tool, hits Batterskull/Spellskite, rebuy Snapcaster, not so much the Shock effect...)

(Based off Paul Cheon's article, but I'm running Harvest Pyre over Flame Slash maindeck, and Deglamer over the 2nd Spellskite/3rd Ancient Grudge. Slash comes out against Amulet where Pyre can stay in, and Deglamer swaps for Grudge/EE/Skite in the SB plans.)
My thoughts: I'm going to be able to say it better than the Pros, but I have some stuff to add. I've been running a Breeding Pool off of Flooded Strands, not optimal (?) but it hasn't been a problem for me yet. I'd maybe like to fit a Combust in the 'board over an EE, but I'm not sure how necessary it is. Vedalken Shackles is better than Sower of Temptation, assuming you don't have to play against Abrupt Decay and Inquisition of Kozilek right? Sower is better against Abzan, but I think I'd bring Shackles in for more matchups.
