To me -- I think the firedancers are really good on the draw and really bad on the play. The other thing wild ricochet does is counter a counter. So if you skullcrack a rev, he counters, you can then ricochet copy and count it. Ya you need 6 mana, but again in the relevant matchups we will have it.

Just hopped in another 8 man (staying home sick has its advantages some times). R1 beat a jenky b/u heroic hidden stringsy duskmantle seer deck. He slaughtered me g1 because I didn't expect him to main deck mizzium skin? But then knew to play around it from there on and didn't have an issue.

The really bad thing is I even have blind obedience down over half the time. Its just impossible to beat those two cards.

So I've run into a lot more of the w/b humans, almost all of which main deck obz and whip. Every time I play them they get both, and I'm just dead, lol. If I continue to get this matchup, I may have to figure out a slot for enchantment/artifact removal.

It wouldn't be taking the place of burn -- its taking the place of a singleton chandra, wear/tear, and chained if you dont do 3 main.

@imopen2 -- its only for spell heavy decks. This would be any control or removal heavy variants. I've brought it in vs mono black and stole a thoughtseize and emptied their hand haha. Been doing the 3 muta 3 guildgates in 3 8 mans today -- have only had to mull once. Manabase feels a bit better -- although more skill in sequencing, but that's ok.
