Holy shit I tried the new client again and all my cards are still the size of tic tacs and the card size slider won't change it.

It depends on how many events are firing (VM is still on until July the 2nd so I think roughly 6-9 hours after the event is over).

it was fun tho because you had entertainment between rounds, and it was very helpful in draft to find out what bombs your opponent had or even just how their gameplan played out. I was pissed when they put the delay on
Agreed, though I admit I abused it every event I went in too find out what my Opp. was playing

Which is how it works in paper magic anyway.

Also I wanted more practice for GP DC so I tried a Swiss instead of an 8-4. Turns out there's no practice to be had in those.

I guess I'm taking a break for a little bit, even winning an 8 man 50% of the time is bad EV and I'm not confident enough as a newer player to play VM.

Yeah, decided to do a 9-4 despite the bad value. Drafted practically mono white and went 3-0. 2nd round opponent Monstrous'd an Arbor Colossus all 3 games, scary.
No good pulls but I am pleased.

Does anyone know how the 0 Tickets event go? Did they crash or was it smooth sailing? I can't find any information on the mother ship and all MOCS events are still on ETA mode....[/

I played in the Shadowmoor events. A lot of people were no-shows (25%?)
The first round somehow took nearly 2 hours but after that it went Ok.

Client crashed when the events went up. Managed to get in the Shadowmoor events. I can't wait to get dropped from the events on Saturday Morning

I should play more with the beta client if it has improved the land situation.

I've activated the wrong Mutavault or used Koth's +1 on the Mountain I played this turn too many times, despite setting my land to not stack. I tried to find a pattern, but MTGO will occasionally put the land I've just played on the left instead of the right. I can't figure it out.

I just mouse over it now because "Summoning Sick" is listed on the pop-up. The only time I've screwed it up is when my T2 play was a second Mutavault. Blegh.

Following some threads on DtR convinced me to make the jump to MTGO recently, I'd appreciate a clan invite.

After making such brilliant plays as animating summoning sick mutavaults and completely skipping combat phases, I think I'm adjusted to the mechanics at least.
