Deckhand is no longer standard, see the last few weeks of the Archon league (featuring Ostkakka and Hyped, the best two rogue players).

Can Cleef was always controversial - Kolento and Trump often omit him for example.

Teacher is bad vs Patron, that's just fact. It's better elsewhere though.

Those cards are all bad right now (Deckhand, Van Cleef is always bad, Teacher is bad vs Patron). My list isn't as good as yours in theory, but itsmuch better in the present meta.
