UGGGGGH.
That's all I got. You're deck basically looks a bit too greedy between main and side. Also, sarkhan is WAY better then stormbreath. Especially in a boarding situation where they aren't expecting your denizen deck to have it post board.
Lastly, I actually found tha tI like the 4th denizen once I added it back to the deck for whatever that's worth.

Seems fine. Tested a Mardu tokens build today inspired by a friends deck and by our discovery that Anthems are insane in this format. Will post in Mardu thread tonight or tomorrow.LP, where are you at with this?
Played tempo tonight, and it was fun, but if people prepare for it (3 people played it at my LGS tonight, thus a lot of hate...aka bow of nylea) it can be a stressful grind fest. Considering this for tcg states for the sake of hoping to get lucky.

Googled him and found out he is(was?) one of the top PUA in the world actually. Which I believe because the guy is cool as shit.
When he was eating his mango's during the player meeting at the GPT, all I could think of was stromkirk noble. He's even a blue player at heart that knows how to red mage correctly. Baller.

Played the deck tonight with -4 aspirant, +1 Denizen, +1 Jet, + 1Chandra, +1 Crowd's favor.
Seemed great minus the fact that aspirant is a house in the mirror. Got absolutely crushed by it(obv didn't draw timely removal).
The fact that I didn't have my own aspirant to trade with it may or may not have been relevant, but it was crushing. Also considering a copy of circle of flame in the board over an arc lightning. They come in the same matchups(for the most part) and circle improves the curve.

Did terribly at the event(went x-2) because I played Hordeling outburst vs. hall of triumph which you should NEVER do. Updated the deck slightly today which mostly made it worse, but before my buddy crushed the tourney with his mardu deck, we deck teched and rebuilt it to this beast:
[deck]4 Firedrinker Satyr
4 Monastery Swiftspear
3 Foundry Street Denizen
4 War-Name Aspirant
4 Goblin Rabblemaster
4 Hordeling Outburst
1 Ashcloud Phoenix
1 Purphoros, God of the Forge
4 Lightning Strike
3 Magma Jet
4 Stoke the Flames
2 Hall of Triumph
22 Mountain
Sideboard:
1 Searing Blood
1 Harness by Force
3 Arc Lightning
2 Magma Spray
2 Sarkhan, the Dragonspeaker
2 Mountain
1 Blinding Flare
1 Purphoros, God of the Forge
2 Ashcloud Phoenix[/deck]
The sideboard is whatever, but the important cards are Arc lightning, Sarkhan, the 4 drops and the lands. Me and Yani did a lot of conversating and we figured out
that the deck just really needs to hit 3 mana because hall, horde and rabble are all busted. The deck is worth playing because of all the synergies.
As for the tourney today, I went 4-2 but the losses came early so my middle/later matchups where against suspect competiton. Nonetheless, we learned a lot today.
Firstly, the deck needs access to sarkhan for the Jeskai tempo matchup. The way to beat the tempo deck is to kill there threats while being aggressive ourselves and sarkhan does both of those thing.
We also learned that our deck just needed more lands. I wasn't losing to flood since I had a healthy amount of scry and manasinks. In my last round, I meat junk midrange with 8 lands in play because Phoenix is really good.
Strongly feel this is one of the best decks in the format.

Purph was aweful for the tourney since I was racing every round and had to board it out in the majority of the games, but in a more open field, he's awesome.
His pump ability saves me from boarding trash like trumpets blast(may still board it cause...scrump).
Ashcloud is dope as fuck. There's a different deck I could build that's bigger, but at that point, you have to start asking if devotion red is better. You don't have to though because Phoenix is fine in all non-combo archetypes and matchups.

Played Khaos's pile of a deck to top 8 with the only changes being to the board which was 1 harness and 2 searing blood over eidolons and a magma spray.
Went 4-1-1 in swiss and lost in top 8 to the mirror. Played against mirror twice, mono-black agro, jeskai ascendancy combo, mardu agro, jeskai midrange and the draw vs. Green devotion to lock up top 8. Lost to ascendancy combo(he drew caryatids in all the games he won) and mirror in top 8 in which I mulled to 5 in both losses.
Titan's strength was FUCKING AWEFUL. Like, in round six when I drew with green devotion to make top 8, we played a bunch of games to playtest and titan's strength was good there, but every other matchup it was super mediocre and was boarded out in every game.
Actually, in all my matches except against jeskai decks, I was boarding in 14 cards. Don't think that necessarily means that my SB deck is probably just better...but my sb deck might
be better.
Hordeling outburst was insane. Denzien was whatever, titan's strength should just be magma jet, and I could seriously see a second hall in the board being awesome.
Deck is also structurally flawed. Basically the curve is god awful after board, or at least it feels that way. Probably still fine since all your expensive cards minus horde are very powerful.
Aggro mirrors felt like my bitch. arc trail's just unfair. Outburst is unfair EXCEPT vs. Prophetic flamespeaker which laughed me out of top 8 with it's hammerhand and dragon mantle.

Built the first version of the deck today and while I didn't play it at FNM, it was pretty impressive in the games I played against Junk and Mono-black agro.
4 Swiftspear
4 Firedrinker
4 War-Name
4 Rabblemaster
4 Phoenix
4 Strike
4 Jet
4 Stoke
2 Arc Lightning
And some random numbers of other cards with 22 mountains. Didn't play titan's strength, didn't miss it. Experimented with a bunch of different cards in random numbers hence I don't remember exact details. I know there was 1 jeering instigator in the list and it was pretty awesome. Phoenix was amazing. Like, Amazing. I'd probably play some combination of hall, sarkhan, Chandra, and dragon main. Will post a real deck later instead of just a list of cards that I like.
