Put together a nice Druid deck for my 3rd Arena, currently 2-1, losing to the scariest Warlock deck I've ever seen
1
Abusive Sargeant
Worgen Infiltrator
2
Power of the Wild (x2)
Amani Berserker
Faerie Dragon
Mad Bomber
3
Mark of Nature
Acolyte of Pain
Harvest Golem
Shattered Sun Cleric
4
Soul of the Forest
Chillwind Yeti
Dark Iron Dwaft (x2)
Gnomish Inventor
Keeper of the Grove
Ogre Magi (x2)
Twilight Drake
5
Druid of the Claw
Faceless Manipulator
Spiteful Smith
Stampeding Kodo
Stranglethorn Tiger
Venture Co. Mercenary
6
Boulderfist Ogre
8
Ironbark Protector
I was pretty unhappy to take the Ogre Magi and the
Spiteful Smith, but they were much better than the other choices.

I discovered yesterday that Hearthstone doesn't process simultaneous triggered effects like Magic does. I set up this complex play where I had the 4/2 that drew a card when a friendly minion dies, then attacked for a bunch, then killed off a whole board full of x/1s, including the 4/2 with 1 damage already on him.
Didn't get any cards because dude has to survive, unlike in MTG. Boooooo!

That's generally the path I take (draft a Jund deck), but I tend to lose to decks with a lot of hero synergy.Always pick something that will 2 for 1, and only pick the best spells of a classI've been doing the quests in the morning to earn gold, then spending it in Arena.
I'm not good at the deck building aspect yet because my traditional idea of a mana curve is too low (games frequently last until and past turn 10), and I frequently get tricked because I don't know what all the cards in the set are.
I think that looking up a typical winning curve will
help a lot.

Started grinding casual matches with my super terrible budget Warrior deck for gold, won enough to buy a few packs and completed a few quests. I routinely go up against guys with decks full of Epic and Legendary cards, which seems odd. Am I just getting matched against these guys because I haven't played enough games and my ELO isn't accurate?
