I wish i could speak instead of type. I'm a lot better at doing that. Whenever I want to type out my thoughts on a deck, it just comes out stilted and infantile. I feel like I never can get down what I really want to say. Does anyone else have that problem? Yes, it's one of the reasons why I don't ...

Legion Loyalist + Spike Jester? Does anyone else smell a 22 land Das Aggro deck?

And if there is, is it better then BTE?

Garb.

Age.
I just noticed that it requires a fifth land to be of any use. Yeah, it's trash then, as a fourth turn play it would have been interesting.

The promos for DotP2013 and earlier weren't foil, so I don't expect the promos for DotP2014 to be either. Scavenging Ooze as the iPad promo is pretty sweet though. I was a bit bummed when the iPad promo for DotP2013 was Serra Avatar, but this more than makes up for it.

And everyone wants to wipe Joffrey from the face of the earth. I haven't disliked a character this much since Babylon 5's Emperor Cartagia and he was small potatoes compared to Joffrey.

Since you have 8 fetches I'd consider 1-2 Grim Lavamancer. As for Ash Zealot instead of Berserker...well Ash Zealot is good, but it can't be cast from BTE mana. Some other thoughts: - The lone Seal of Fire, why? You don't have Tarmogoyfs, so you don't need an enchantment in the graveyard. And the Eg...

This is definitely the kind of build I'd like to play (is there any glaring reason to play straight Gruul Zoo over this? Hackblade looks tech as hell) if I got into it though, $45 fetches are a still being a pretty good deterrent >.> Well, Gruul Zoo has a more consistent manabase, and with Stomping...

1) Probably right on the land count. 18 feels better. 2) Lava Spike is there to increase the number of possible pathways for a turn 3 kill. I do like the idea of Dismember though and I'd probably remove Mutagenic Growth for 2-3 of them. 3) The problem I have with Rancor is that it opens you up to 2...

like I said Idk much about modern. What early defenders/walls go down that deserve removal? and if those are your only weakness, you got 7 flex slots in the SB for dismember/w/e. Spellskite . And that's reason enough to warrant removal in most cases. That, and Tarmogoyf, which can be pretty big whe...

With Black you can put in Bump in the Night as another burn spell, but without fetches you need to go with 4 Blood Crypts and 4 Blackcleave Cliffs. You also gain Rakdos Charm as a good sideboard card. With Green you could go the Gruul Zoo route. Tarmogoyfs are of course best to have, but there are s...

Go with Gruul Zoo. It is an established deck and races even eggs when it was legal.
