I forgot that the card is a pauper card.

$2 seems fair for it. Chinese tends to hurt value, if nothing else. If the card really takes off in EDH or Pauper suddenly becomes a PT-quality format, you might see it gain some value, but $2 is shockingly good for a mostly unplayable common foil. Not many copies are available on TCGPlayer, but those that are are all around a dollar excluding shipping.
