Too bad these are all at voting stage. I just found out that Jon_S, the same Jon_S who in the past 12 months went from random trader, to market street apprentice, to market street moderator, has recently been banned for ripping. (he wasn't a moderator at the time of his banning). I notice Jon_S and ...

General attitude towards MTGS while on other sites counts? So, uh, are they now banning every MTGS poster who posts on any other site then? Because, let's be honest, MTGS is pretty much the laughingstock of all magic-related sites.

They're like the Florida Marlins. They had a good year sometime in the past, but then they traded away all their good players and are left with a 90-loss team and no diehard fans. Find out who is the Yankees of mtg sites and divide that site's worth by an order of magnitude or more to get what you'd...

I wonder if this was a disgruntled member or a third-party. Most definitely a third party. MTGS has had bad ads in the past (one even passively, in that I didn't click on it, infected a computer of mine a couple years ago). It's a consequence of poor ownership and a terrible monetization scheme (us...

MTGSalvation a haven for Malware

Recently, MTGSalvation was found to be a Malware distributor , according to several web browsers. This notably coincides with the apparent disappearance of its longtime owner, Hanes. MTGSalvation is in a descent similar to the former humor site, MiseTings, wherein a group of hackers infected the mai...

Do we need to break them all up, or would a 'general discussion' work? I agree that we need a place to discuss random stuff, but I don't know if a highly compartmentalized forum structure is necessarily the way to go.

Bannings should be only considered under extreme circumstances, IMO. Even suspensions should be seldom considered. 100 x 100 is a bit small. Can you try and fit them fully into the stock left column? I don't know how many pixels that is, but for a standard name, etc. there should be a size that fits nicely in there.
