Bazaar is banned in legacy, and fits better with VintageHow about this for names. We will give a "clever" name and the format in parenthesis:
Black Lotus (Vintage)
Bazaar of Baghdad (Legacy)
??? (Modern)
Island (Standard)
*Changes according to block* (Block)
Command Tower (Commander)
??? (Limited)
Shahrazad (Casual)
??? (Cube)
Note: The card names are just a suggestion

2 chainzzzzMtgC premium member *bling*
what's the status with custom titles? IMO, it should be something that everyone has access too, not just those who make lots of posts.
I feel like it would show a welcoming feeling instead of sally where there was an obvious seperation between those who had CTs and those who didn't.
also if someone could tell me how to change mine that would be awesome

I mean if we plan on opening up the flood gates soon, imo, it'd look bad if we have just one forum for everything standard because it'll get cluttered with people trying to discuss the meta and tournaments with people trying to discuss decks.
I feel that it would look good if we show at least some structure and give new members an idea of where they can go to discuss deck X or propose an idea for Deck Y.
If it only takes a minute, I don't really see the harm in doing it.
Creating subforums for other things could work differently (ie as need basis) but I think that for the formats, we need some structure from the get go.

if it's not too much to ask, could we get some subforums for the mtg format related subforums? I'd hate to have general discussion about standard and modern (banlist, metagame, etc) bogged down by "lol look at my cool new deck" threads.
I would recommend "Established - Combo/Control/Aggro" a la MTGS' setup for their Legacy subforum and as the community becomes larger they can add in the official threads for various decks inside those forums.
Speaking mainly about modern here, but the same logic could be applied to Standard. And then some sort of "developing" subforum where anyone can just post decklists to discuss.
just curious, how is this done? Is it something that can be done by moderators (Azrael comes to mind as the mod for Modern) or is it something that has to be done by Admin?

Embedded videos? Ugly Sally didn't have those and it'd be nice to not have infinite tabs open if we do start up a WCT style subforum.
also shameless plug for music/entertainment and creative writing
edit: the other thing that bugged me about Ugly Sally was not being able to view more than 1000 of someone's posts. A small gripe, but still obnoxious. Anyway that we can get it so when you look at someone's posts, you view all of them instead of the 1000 most recent?
thanks/like buttons doesn't seem like a horrible idea, but I'm indifferent to that.
a bot trap would be nice once we get established.
