Hi there guys. Took a break from MTG since this season was Limited and Dailies were not available and now planning on going back. Looking at the decklists from the alst few pages, it seems Skyknights are the new boys in the town, at least according to MDU. I do still have my deck and essentially hav...

I can get behind that. It is more of a beatdown with top end but also the utility these two colors presents. I would go with J_S list though, the second two-drop will really go a long way to being the proper beatdown. I just noticed I keep commenting like I know how it should be and what's best etc....

I've noticed a few of you are playing bigger versions of the deck. Is anyone playing a smaller version?
I actually jumped to the middle ground - cut Aurelia and Shocks for a quadruple Satyr. Not sold on Cackler though. 8 onedrops really change the whole dynamic of the deck.

Zooligan - I wouldn't side out Dragons against Esper, certainly not for Lightning Strike s. If for something, then for Skullcrack . And against MonoB, J_S plan (siding out Magma Jet s and Reckoners) really works, at least for me - tried it today against 2 MonoB decks in 8-men (with the new addition ...

No no no, don't take out Dragons against control. It is a must answer threat for them - you want as many of these as possible. Take out reckoners and do-nothing cards if you're playing these (Chained, Mortars etc.). But like J_S pointed out, Esper is very favourable. They are playing 2-4 Spheres, ma...

That's what I meant by "blanks them". It's just that I am much more often running into G/x with that wall (Sylvan Caryatid) instead of Selesnya, hence my choice of Satyr.

Apparently yesterday's DE got posted and someone took notice of me going 4-0. Met an exact mirror for the first time since rotation - the only difference was he had ember Swallowers instead of Dragons (money reasons I guess). That felt weird. LewisCBR - I would advise against playing 2 Aurelias and ...

Ok, took a little longer to write something (lots of study work). I won't post the original decklist I used 2 weeks ago, instead I am gonna post what I took to Gameday (40 people) this Saturday. As I said before, I am not running 1drops at all. My list is in fact very similar to what LaZerBurn poste...

This is my first post here, although I've been following the discussion here closely since I've returned to MtG after 10 years of pause this April. It just felt awesome finding a place with the people favoring the best color of all time. I am currently playing Big Boros, although my version is more ...
