That is the biggest understatement of the week for me so far.

Just don't play Sultai because worst deck to make for a PR.

3-1 with Mardu on my PR and a bit disappointed that my only loss at the last round was due to flood.

I mean, how can you lose with two Butchers, as much Act of Treasons you can use, and a bunch of token generators? And also Sarkhan.

Go get your Butchers before they spike in price. Rattleclaw is cheap because it's a buy-a-box promo I believe.

Thats where a lot of us are but it's pretty clunky. I also think it's a mistake to no play a couple Tymaret / raiders spoils. We should probably make a thread for developing that archetype.

We should, so we could make adjustments and such. Although IMO Tymaret doesn't make the cut unless you are heavy on token production. I'm not too keen on Raiders as well since by turn 4 we should be dropping Butcher if possible.

Look at the color of cards you're trying to curve into and figure out if that's reality or not.

Make adjustments from there.

I'm also not saying that it ISN'T reality, but you do need to figure that out. It'll mostly be a function of the speed of the format and how
your deck interacts with caryatid/courser.

I've yet to see a good gauntlet so I'll hold on commenting on how the deck might interact with the future meta. With regards to the two problematic cards, at least those things are covered (good removal, evasion).

Someone posted this on reddit, but this should be a good guideline for decks in KTK standard.

1. Can it deal with Courser of Kruphix?
2. Can it deal with T3 Rabblemaster? Mono-Black Aggro?
3. Can it deal with Stormbreath Dragon?
4. Draw 7, take out the most important card. Can you still win with that hand? (Thoughtseize)

A play easily missed. Golgari Charm effectively became a Counterspell with a one-sided sweep.

It's a bit ironic that the UW control deck won by doing the beats.

Been a while. I'm playing Living End for tomorrow's PTQ. Any ideas for sideboard cards against RDW? It's my worst matchup so far in playtesting.

Just played Standard in a long while using RW burn and scrubbed out hard against lifegain. Two GWx Hexproofs landing Unflinching Courage early without an answer in my hand and an Esper control deck landing Vizkopa early game.

Or I could just be rusting.

Not good on its own. The Chandra 0 if he connects is ok, but with 1 power I don't see that happening often, specially at turn 4. Bad for a mythic imo.

Why are you doing dailies? The Lion's Arch event is just so much more fun, and more profitable as well.

Of course I have to do dailies. I need that daily laurel. I do take at least 1-2 LA runs per day, and now I'm starting to level up my 4th toon. I just finished my Tempered Spinal Blade last night by the way.
