Ha ha lol. Don't check tge internets until you've watched the PVR'd episode.
Yeah sure...

In this case they posted the spoiler even before the show aired on the west coast, as I understood it. While they can't keep everything non-spoiled forever, this thing was posted way too fast.

I don't know what the problems were with this, but I had some weird formatting and broken tags in the UR Delver primer post as well. Fixed it on Oct 7th which was after the port, right? So, yeah could have been the port.

You absolutely need to be running at least 8 fetches.
Well, sure. I intend to some more eventually. The question is what to run instead in the meantime at the occational FNM tournaments I go to.

I think I'll go with 2 Shivan Reef and 2 Gemstone Mine this Friday and see what happens.

I have a somewhat similar land issue. I have the current manabase: 4 Island 1 Mountain 4 Steam Vents 3 Scalding Tarn 1 Polluted Delta 3 Shivan Reef 1 Sulfur Falls Reefs and Falls to make up for the lack of fetches. Maindeck is a bit undecided, but I don't have any Digs so I'm going for the more aggr...

I would play the deck, but I haven't been able to play since GP Stockholm, and probably won't go to any Standard events for a while either... :( So I can't give any good and proven lists. I'd probably just look at whatever placed high in any recent events and go with that. Redthirst's deck above loo...

It's all Zedruu. Also, it's really fun to say it. Pristaxcontrombmodruu. And type it. Right, now that you sai...

We had an awesome game of Power Grid this afternoon. 4 players on the basic Germany map. 3 players managed to build and power 18 cities on the last turn, so tiebreakers needed. First tiebreaker is most money left. Two players (one was me) had 1 Elektro left, the third player had 0 Elektro. Second ti...

Yes, when playing this deck you just have to accept that you don't always have two lands on turn two. It works because you are willing to take that risk.

Intrigue is a must have. I don't care too much for Seaside myself. After Intrigue I'd go with Prosperity. After that, whatever looks like fun. Alchemy is a bit odd. Some of my favorite games besides Dominion and 7 Wonders are: Age of Steam - Railroad building with pick-up-and-deliver mechanism. Very, very cutthroat and nasty. Puerto Rico - A good strategy game with a somewhat unique (when it was released) game play. Power Grid - Good economic game, but as was m...

That RDW thread should maybe be put in the Strategy and Theory section, and just linked to from any RDW and similar deck thread in the future. So much good and general advice in there.

I don't know, that thread started out about Khaospawn's mono red deck that was quite different from these Boss Sligh decks. They somehow got posted there as well, because cheap mono red aggro decks are in fact somewhat scrumpy. But then they started putting up serious results.

To be honest, I'm a bit worried about running only 17 lands. This is based on the GP LA finalist deck that ran 4 Rabblemasters on 17 lands. But those don't always need to be played on curve, Outburst and esp. Hall you want on curve, so 18 land with them might be better. I'm hoping to be able to play...

So do you sandbag creatures at all, or just go all in?
