I approve those changes in U/W heroic if you feel you'll be playing a lot against aggro decks. It could also be the time to give singing bell strike a chance again, i like the fact that you can search it unlike triton tactics.. I mean, there are 5 monocolored mythic rares with activated abilities of the clan's colors, then there are 4 simple monocolored mythic rares (each color except red) , then there is ugin. Now i expect a mythic red bomb in the next set, otherwise there is no reason they would do this.

Is new red 2-drop better than hellspark elemental ? Hellspark upsides were to offer some insurance against counterspells and non-exile removal. If mardu scout gets countered/removed, that's it.
