I heard mention of tugees and tug'ems
Eric, Ren and Jensen were activists
Heads loaded with theory, their hearts are filled with passion
Shared the same left wing politics
Liked the same music, they were part of the protest movement
Now, Anna presented herself as a feminist
Studied the way they talked and dressed
Fashioned herself an anarchist
Eric fell in love with Anna at the meeting of the crime think conference
He didn't know it but Anna was an FBI informant

I'll take the 250 post compromise. I think Scumbag is right that a lot of people may be having a hard time remembering back to how long it takes most people to reach that number of posts, but we can revisit that number later if necessary (IE, when people start making CI threads about how dumb the 250 post limit is.)

I actually like how the general flow of this thread was:

"Hey look, legitimate problem"
"Let's discuss possible policy"
"We disagree strongly!!!"
Have a light internet fight
"Everything's OK"
"I miss a very specific pair of boobs"
At least a page solid of boob-related discussion
"We did it!"

I'll admit to some definite entertainment value.

does having a foil set and 2 non-foil sets also not meet this requirement?

ONE last thing to throw on the table and if I could throw it truly I would make sure it was bloody:
5.0 Doctrine of Universal Jurisdiction:
Participation in Market Street is a privilege, not a right, of all MTG Salvation members. Therefore, any member that has had their trading privileges revoked from any other site will be considered guilty of bad trade practices on MTG Salvation and have their trading privileges revoked.

Any user whose trading privileges have been revoked under this Doctrine may file an application for privilege restoration with the Market Street staff. All applications will be thoroughly reviewed and all claims investigated. Users who appeal agree to abide by our decision, be it in the affirmative or negative. This decision is final.

Any user caught participating in Market Street3 without valid original4 or restored5 trading privileges will be banned from MTG Salvation permanently.

n3Market Street Cafe and BTRs excluded
4Original trading privilege is defined as a user whose first online trade is conducted through MTG Salvation
5Restored trading privilege is defined as a user whose trading privileges were revoked under this doctrine and subsequently restored by the Market Street Staff.
Are we doing OUR own way?
I just shit post and get blocked on the twatters

Ugh, I hate Universal Jurisdiction (not just for trading or on websites). It's difficult to prove, completely unnecessary, and can (albeit only in rare instances) leave the site open to legal trouble. I always think it's better to just say "we think you're a ripper burden of proof on you."

we also do not exist in the same universe as mtgs so universal jurisdiction cannot apply

Funny you should mention that, just yesterday I had a long-ish conversation regarding alternative dimension feedback theory, that not only are there an infinite number of
alternative dimensions but that those who most closely resemble their "neighbors" have a quantifiable effect on them. The essential takeaway is that we cannot predict the universe because it isn't ours, and that at any given time there are multiple tiers of reality which overlap each other and switch back and forth as our closest possibilities influence us.

For example, at any second we might switch over to a reality where the above isn't just a string of existentialist bullshit.

I dislike the idea too. but my reasons are I seen too many sites mark you cause they didn't like you. So why should you be held to be punished on other sites cause one had a bug up their ass?
