Dear members of the Watchdog comitee:
We have been recently contacted by an user that claims he has been slandered and cyberbullied in your subforum. More specifically he claimed he was so appalled at the lack of respect for his sensibilities that he formally requested for the staff to delete his account and all his posts since he was "quitting this site for good measure"
Before you ask: No, we won't disclose his identity out of respect for him and his sensibilities. Do know that we are taking these allegations very seriously and as such we will be opening an investigation on the attitude and posting habits of this forum section. I'm not gonna mince words, there is a strong chance this subforum might be archived if it is found that the accusations we have received are true. Again, we will not disclose the full extent of the accusations, out of respect
for people's privacy, but you've been warned. If we find out this section of the site has become a hub for trolling, there won't be any pegging chamber that will save this section, nor will you even get access to any kind of sql dumps.
As of now moderators will be patrolling the watchdog subforum and checking if it is conforming to the high standards of this site, as well as verifying if the content of this subforum does not damage its resale value. This only concerns the main forum and not the janitor room, at least for now. This might change without prior notice if we find out there has been trolling in the Janitor room as well.
Please work with us in trying to find an amicable solution. We would hate to have to resort to punitive measures.
