Manders was kind enough to import all our mafia stuff from MTGS-land format everything appropriately, which was a big chore. I went in to clean up and update my article on behavioral analysis from years ago, which I found to not really need too much in the way of tweaking. Over the afternoon I'll be making a few ongoing changes to it, such as expanding the real-life examples section and explaining PBPA techniques. If anyone is interested in that. These days, Kpaca barely manages to last two game days without being replaced for inactivity. Hard to imagine he'll be interested in a format with only 48 hour days.

I saw this on the other site I play on actually, and decided not to play. It just seems too brutal a pace. I could probably keep up if I really tried, but averaging 38 posts per day per player is insane. It would be work, not fun, and I probably wouldn't end up involved enough to be voted to the second round anyway.

Thanks for the vote of confidence, though. I saw on MTGS that Azrael was considering playing, but it looks like Iso will be the one to represent? Maybe Az can step in for us here instead?

I was pretty active in the last game here. I stopped posting right about the time......i was nightkilled. I quit all those mtgs games because the software is complete and utter shit snd the players are average to subpar and unrecognizable to an old fart like me.

The organizer claims that there will be approximately 500 posts per day (that's every 24 hours) with Days lasting 48 hours and Nights lasting only 12 (hopefully you don't sleep if you're on the scum team!). 13 players in the game makes 38 posts each. I'm sure most of those posts will be short, but I don't understand how people can have that much time on their hands. I'm on here way more than I should be, but can't make that much noise in one day.

I have no idea if Iso is playing or not. That was the talk on MTGS when I went to check if they were participating.

There are so many damn games on MTGS and, apparently, I don't remember which ones I played in! This little project of mine is going to take forever.

Speaking of, though, what do you guys think about making a thread here for people to post their Mafia histories if they so choose? Each person can have 1 post in it that they can edit to update. Not mandatory, but I've always liked having the information to review (and am upset I lost my blog on Sally that had all of it).

Thoughts? If you guys don't want to, I can figure something else out. But I will have my history posted on this site somewhere.

I just use PM's, replying to myself whenever I want to update it. Not perfect, but it works.

That's what I'm doing. Just re-created MTGS games.

I'd like it to be public, though, so people can easily research my meta should they choose to.

Plus, I've been in some really good games. Great for reading. I just spent about an hour reading the last day of Indiana Jones Mafia. Man, I was so sure Cyan was scum, and was right, but he just kept on and kept on bulldogging, turning stuff around on me, and I was still new to the game. Rat bastard.

And I completely forgot Azrael was the only one that came to my defense when Return to Amisteria Mafia had ended. Everyone else kept saying how terribly I'd played, but Az pointed out that I fought and survived through a LOT of suspicion (as Scum).

Plus...I was mostly responsible for the lynches of 3 consecutive veteran players (AlphaInsidious, TheFooFish, and Seppel ).

Edit: Wait, no. Looking over it again, I NKd Dagger, desCoures, and Kraj 3 consecutive nights. Awesome bragging rights, haha.
