Midrange Shaman

Postby zemanjaski » Wed Aug 19, 2015 3:37 pm

Just made legend this season, played Midrange Shaman from rank 5 to Legend with a 61% winrate.

[deck]Midrange Shaman[/deck]

I had a 78% winrate vs Patron Warrior, so I strongly endorse the deck!

Well done! Midrange Shaman is a cool deck. What do you typically lose to? Mage, I guess?

Mech Shaman for life.
You gotta understand, I love the beatdown. I really do. I always have.

Beatdown is hard, though.

I actually think tech cards are generally terrible cards in Mid Shaman. The deck is naturally good against control and midrange decks and all the tech cards serve to do is make you weaker against agro; at least in my opinion.

Totem Shaman has been a bust, but I am finishing up my legend run for this season with classic Midrange Shaman which continues to have mostly favorable matchups against the field. Notable omissions are Tuskar Totemic (trades down too often) and Thunderbluff Valiant (too slow in this meta).

[deck]TGT Midrange Shaman[/deck]

The second Chow, second Argus and Harrison are your flex slots.
