Yes, there's a lot of spirituality involved, and to a certain extend, also faith. (But not in the way most people think about when they hear that word. In MPO, it's more about about hope than about trust or belief without proof or evidence. Hope in a highly pratical and actionable sense: do something to get to beyond mind and reason, not because you need proof that *something* is there, and you *believe* it. You just need hope and action to run the path that leads there, wherever 'there' may be. I spend most of my week with 4 Indians, all of
them are Hindu except one sheikh. While I'm proudly atheist its one of the religions I prefer stayed on this planet, good morals overall.

Like yoga isn't just exercise or meditation, but both concurrent, something that I don't get very well. If you'd talk more on that, I'd hear it.
