Oops! All Spells

Been working on this for a bit under 2 years on and off. This is one of the best versions I've been able to produce that wins local legacy tournaments.
For those that aren't familiar the idea is to ramp into either a Balustrade Spy or Undercity Informer. Once either goes off you will target yourself to mill yourself until you hit a land, which you have none of. This means you dump your library instantly into your graveyard, hitting some Narcomoebas.
After some Cabal Therapy work the next step is to use Dread Return to reanimate a Underworld Cerberus, gaining you back all your creatures from your deck.
Lastly it's time to use some variation of Simian Spirit Guide, Elvish Spirit Guide, and Wild Cantor to cast Laboratory Maniac. THen a simple Street Wraith seals the game.
This happens fairly reliably turn one.
