My opinion is wasted in this conversation. I only know how to tap Mountains and turn dudes sideways. Admittedly, I'm a simple player, but I'm the best there is at what I do.

*snikt*
There is not one thing wrong with tapping Mountains. All you need to know vs Death & Taxes is to Bolt the Mother and Smash the Vial. The rest is just counting to 20.

All my decks are Control decks. I simply get my opponent to 0 life and then they can't do anything.

We're not arguing semantics, you're just wrong.

If you try to play D&T in any aggressive manner, your going to lose a lot, plain and simple.

I swear, the only people who fully understand the deck are dedicated pilots, and Europeans.

Modern Event deck is BW tokens and decided the underwhelming manabase(no shocks/fetches) it actually looks reasonable.

I used to have a huge folder of mws stuff
like this. Like one guy saying that by countering my original copy of tendrils of agony he stopped all other copies. Or one from years ago on apprentice who told me I couldn't cast absord targeting his urzas rage because it was uncounterable.
I swear to God, every thread we make falls victim to Godwin's law except instead of Hitler it's redthirst's piece.

Xenagos is def supposed to be the walker.

Sideboard is mostly a pile of cards, but I'd guestimate that it's only off by 3 or 4. There's like 1/2 too many cards against control for instance.

The Rakdos deck I posted though is actually the nut and I may play it at SCG states in Montclaire this weekend.

You're playing at State? The Monstore in Montclair is my LGS. Unfortunately I can't play because of work.

FYI if a lot of the local players show up, they're mostly on the control and Junk plan right now.

Yo, LP, just as a heads up, your avvy doesn't show up when I'm browsing from my laptop (it's fine on my phone, though), so you might want to try and re-upload it if anyone else is having problems with it.

Modern Event deck is BW tokens and decided the underwhelming manabase(no shocks/fetches) it actually looks reasonable.
4 painlands and 2 city of brass in 2-color

4 Rakdos Cackler
4 Herald of Torment
4 Thoughtseize
3 Mutavault
4 Swamp
4 Gnarled Scarhide
2 Bile Blight
4 Prophetic Flamespeaker
4 Mogis's Warhound
4 Spike Jester
2 Dreadbore
4 Temple of Malice
4 Blood Crypt
4 Mana Confluence
4 Mountain
2 Exava, Rakdos Blood Witch
3 Lightning Strike
SB: 4 Duress
SB: 3 Dark Betrayal
SB: 1 Doom Blade
SB: 4 Master of the Feast
SB: 3 Lifebane Zombie

Shitty formatting via 'trice cut and paste, but the deck is phenomenal in testing so far. I'M EVEN COMPETITIVE WITH BURN!!111!!!!!!!!!

*Every deck I play gets roflstomped by burn fyi*

How was MAster of the feast in your testing? I assume it is for monsters matchup?

When (other than pack rat and master of the wave) is bile blight better than dreadbore?
Monsters, Burn, and mono-blue. It's good against all of them, but least good vs. Jund Monsters since they actually have efficient ways to kill it.

Bile blights text box sometimes comes up so it's a nice hedge against pack rat.

@JS, I like the deck because depending on price, it's good value for most of the staples of the BW deck which I know you play and I also enjoy.

inquisition: 8 x 2 = 16
elspeth: 20
Sword: 25
isolated chapel: 3 x 4 = 12
path to exile: 6 x 3 = 18

96 right there.
You gotta understand, I love the beatdown. I really do. I always have.

Beatdown is hard, though.

I know I'm a little late to the bandwagon, but within the subset of music that is dubstep, there is some surprisingly catchy stuff.

And now I can't stop listening.

I'm trapped.

This is a good prison.

Would you say that dubstep is more control or aggro?
