LP, that warriors deck is exactly what I was trying to make work with using Brutal Hellrider to bring back that awesome deck. Was trying to hard to keep mono black and missed the strong aggro deck on the warrior tribal line.

BW warriors just crushed 2 local block tourneys so it looks like its got some future power.

The access to answers in the sideboard feels huge and adaptable to many a meta.

When building the side anything to watch out for? Thinking more seize, some cut or other form of pinpoint removal, token kills, white exile effects. Elspeth feels counter intuitive here.

I measured myself in the nude and ordered my cute-girl cosplay (that means costume play for you new friends). I can't wait to go to the convention celebrating the culture surrounding japanese animations.

Why would I need ideas when I'm dragging you there with me? I'm assuming "nightlife" is just a code for bars, stripclubs, and backalley gambling spots right?

So, some pizza place in Indiana just made over a quarter of a million dollars on a GoFundMe in the last 24 hours.

How can I do that?

Do I need to flood the internet?

Any opinion on what's generally more powerful in a control-combo shell (singleton formats), Accumulated Knowledge or Forsee?

Anticipate and telling time, if you aren't playing them, otherwise, forsee.

Depends on the level of interaction and if you can afford to tap out, but forsee digs 20 cards deep.

I'm not playing Anticipate or Telling Time, they're worth testing. I'm replacing Beseech the Queen in my timevault deck which does tap out a bunch; BBB was too strict on the mana.

Forsee, it digs for specific pieces better (in theory you see up to 6 cards), and smooth your draws

PPTQ Sunday, contemplating running back a more tweaked version of my jeskai midrange deck that got me a top 8 this past weekend, or just jamming a mono red variant. (could play tokens too).

Thoughts LP?

Jeskai Tokens gives you the most powerful deck, so I'd just run that.

If you have faith in So-Cal specials, here's a speculative RDW variant that has potential:

[deck]4 Zurgo, Bellstriker
4 Foundry Street Denizer
4 Monastery Swiftspear
2 Lightning Berserker

4 Outpost Siege

4 Dragon Fodder
4 Hordeling Outburst

4 Wild Slash
4 Lightning Strike
4 Stoke the Flames

22 Mountains[/deck]

Sideboard in flux, but includes collateral damage as anti-bile blight tech that also lets you get value out of extra Zurgos.
You gotta understand, I love the beatdown. I really do. I always have.

Beatdown is hard, though.

What do you guys think about Naya mid?

[deck]Creatures:26
4 Fleecemane Lion
4 Seeker of the Way
3 Brimaz, King of Oreskos
4 Courser of Kruphix
3 Ojutai Exemplars
4 Thunderbreak Regent
4 Stormbreath Dragon

Spells:11
1 Crater's Claws
2 Draconic Roar
3 Dromoka's Command
2 Valorous Stance
3 Seismic Rupture

23 lands[/deck]

Why build something like that?

Lots of Small Red and Red based midrange around here (MD plan of sweepers that doesnt kill anything on my side) and Drown in Sorrow/Bile Blight decks (most creatures dont die to bile, while almost none to drawn). I played Rg Atarka Command agro, and went quite bad as there were just too many drowns/bile blights around. Plus 2 people played mono u devotion - both went 3-1, which is almost unwinnable as red based (no chain) agro.

So I got this going. Solid creatures that arent cold to red removal that are good in either mid or lategame, md sweeper (know it is bad vs control), and potential of going over the top. In SB I plan to have some numbers of angers (if needed after testing), 4 goblin rabblemasters (to fasten speed up), potential removal / planeswalkers/ sieges / dromoka dragon/ etc. (I know I need ~8 cards vs control, as commands, roars, ruptures and stances are bad. If I dont have space in SB (Imo I should have that many cards for midrange/control in sb), I will probably change Roars to Strikes).

Thoughts? It is what I build after seeing 3 local tournaments + 2 scg events to counter things...

[deck]

4x Temple of Triumph
3x Temple of Epiphany
3x Shivan Reef
2x Plains
3x Valorous Stance
4x Mystic Monastery
2x Soulfire Grand Master
2x Island
4x Seeker of the Way
4x Flooded Strand
4x Mantis Rider
2x Lightning Strike
4x Stoke the Flames
3x Dig Through Time
1x Disdainful Stroke
3x Goblin Rabblemaster
3x Battlefield Forge
3x Wild Slash
2x Anticipate
2x Elspeth, Sun's Champion
1x Sarkhan, the Dragonspeaker
1x Ojutai's Command

Sideboard

2 Seismic Rupture
1 Roast
1 Ojutai's Command
2 Negate
1 Glare of Heresy
1 Erase
2 End Hostilities
2 Dragonlord Ojutai
2 Disdainful Stroke
1 Circle of Flame

[/deck]

The more I think about it, it's very possible Ojutai command is the card I am looking for to improve the GR aggro matchup. Could a mod edit this post to order the list, my phone sucks.
