I don't play MUCH hearthstone anymore, but add me. Lauphiette1556. No idea where the # goes.

I read this in a Cracked article, and god damn, if this doesn't speak to some deep, filthy part of my soul:

"I have a theory that there's a kernel of chaos in the soul of every living human. And that chaos manifests itself only in the most subtle of ways in decent human beings, because no one can resist such a powerful force, no matter how strong they may seem to be. They cannot resist. And so they piss on the floor."

Thoughts on no Stormbreaths and full on Phoenixes?
His twitter comment says that the Phoenixes tested better than the Stormbreaths, probably because of the expected profusion of Ultimate Prices floating around. Everyone's going to be gunning for the Stormbreaths because of Regent. They may not expect the Eidolon + Regent.

Can anyone confirm what the sideboard cards are? I'm seeing 3 Ultimate Price, 2 Seismic Rupture, 2 Virulent Plague, 3 Monastery Swiftspear, 1 Arc Lightning, 1 Swamp, 3 <<something black>>. I have no idea what those last three cards are.

I said Mono Red Atarka's Command was a trap during week zero because I tested it against RW.

I get to eat my words now.

Yup I asked that question about stormbreaths and phoenixes. Vs black it is obvious. What vs rest of the field?

Based just on the Top 8 lists, [card]Hero's Downfall[/card], Stoke the Flames, Crux of Fate, End Hostilities, [card]Crater's Claws[/card], Plummet, Murderous Cut, and Foul-Tongue Invocation can nuke Stormbreath but kinda annoy the Phoenix. Phoenix, if you need it, is also a better roadblock than Stormbreath.

And, from a purely budget standpoint, Phoenixes cost much less than Stormbreaths. :p

Top 8 Lists are here:

-There were more decks playing Narset Transcendent than Mantis Rider (/were Jeskai Aggro) in the X-2 bracket or better
-There were 4 total copies of Narset Transcendent in the X-2 or better bracket
-Ojutai was all over the X-2 bracket comparatively
-No one played my pet Planeswalker Sarkhan Unbroken but honestly that was never a thought that crossed my mind

If we're going there, I built the winning PT deck when atarka's command was spoiled(but it's rdw and I'd have done as much regardless).

Ire Shaman is a great card but it's in a weird place right now because the card pool pushes red to play a lot of one drops and Dragon Fodder/Hordeling Outburst. He'll probably have a place once Foundry Street Denizen and Goblin Rabblemaster rotate out.

Full disclosure: I have 12 Ire Shaman.

When you spoil a red silvergill adept whose drawback is "costs less mana to not draw a card" you have to be onto something.

Are you kidding? Look at all the green decks! Nothing can be more exciting.
There were a few control decks in the top 8, but everyone knows that was just BUG control but they took the green out. It's fundamentally a green deck.

So, our local tournament organizer got hold of some Innistrad boosters and we're doing some drafts (3x Innistrad) next week. I never drafted that (don't do much drafting at all), so any relevant strategies besides grabbing all the Lilianas, Snapcasters, and GoSTs i can get? is it all about Invisible Stalker + equipments, and Spider Spawning?

Green white. Travel prep, the rootwalla wolf, the 2/3 human werewolf, the 2/2 that becomes a 3/3 intimidate, and the cathar related cards (elder cathar, masoleum guard, angry mob, the 1/1 for 1, the 2/2 that morphs into a 5/4 trample) and midnight haunting are your best and most powerful strategy.
White focus allows you to go UW flyers (chapel Geist, haunting, 3/2 flying, 3/4 zombie drake) or GW and also gives you access to non-human pacifism, one of the best commons in the set (after/alongside travel prep).
You can also try to spider spawn which is awesome.
I would avoid B and R, but R does offer geistflame, brimstone volley, and pyre with some of the rare werewolves.
