Esper mirrors are pretty easy.
Keep 7 landers, counter ONLY dragons / Ugin or things that kill your wincons, act like you've got 7 counters AND 7 dragons in your hand (yeah, you only play five, but that's another story).
Land drops are the only thing that effectively count (be aggressive with Dig and Anticipate in order to find that extra land).
The first player that tries to win the game, loses.
Except if it's turn 54 and your opponent goes Silumgar into counter into counter into counter and you've got an empty hand.

You can always count on 3 things in life

Death, taxes and FoS choosing Mardu over the 18 viable decks (including Death and Taxes)

But i do play death and taxes

FWIW, decks that beat Esper:
GW / GR Collected Company decks
Old Mardu decks that took out Chained to the Rocks and realized the rest of their deck is still scary vs. control and runs four Outpost Siege while they have 0 Vault.
BR Control that are basically Mardu, but with more Dragons and less horrendous mana.
Den Protector / Deathmist Raptor / X 3rd value creature - Esper can beat this deck, but none of them are configured properly to do so. So unless your opponents are actually good they aren't going to figure out winning lines against a never-ending horde of FoS'ers being thrown at them.

I really like that Mardu deck. I'm just wary about the manabase.

There is a whole lot of shit on the pile for this, not just "wah we have to pay for games." I hate the prevailing opinion in gaming where people should just accept getting fucked over because "fuck you, you entitled consumer."

I mean, valve has been shitty for a while now, but this is just the cherry on a shit sundae for them.
I think people are being entitled consumers. But this thing whole thing has been a fascinating train-wreck. People are downloading mods from websites and putting them up themselves on steam workshop and charging for them.

and then this gem
Mod name: Horse Genitals High Resolution Textures (PREMIUM MOD)
Description:Your Skyrim Experience will never be the same
Price: $99

the $99 is worth it because at that point you're paying for art, which is truly priceless.

[deck]Mardu Tokens[/deck]

Chapin/Flores special from their podcast, seems like it could be pretty sweet against Esper Dragons.
Is the deck 59 cards or am I messing something up cause Cockatrice says 59.

I mean, if modder want to charge for their mods, go ahead, its other people's imperative whether to pay or not. The bulshit is that this doesn't even benefit nodders. valve takes 75% of the profit from the mod, and only gives the modded the money if they make over 400 dollars with it. That isn't "support" that is just valve being shitty and trying to crowd fund dlc.

Though it is valve, their entire business revolves around getting other people to do shit for them

Yeah they posted a 59 card deck. I'd add a land, but that mana base is an obvious WIP that needs to be tweaked.

Valve made CS:Global Offensive insanely popular via gambling and skins

Valve is probably evil

Just listened to the podcast on the Mardu deck.

Chapin read off the deck and the missing land is a Nomad Outpost.

Imp Gang Boss really gets me.
Whenever I want to actually rank up in hearthstone, I just play zoo. You can tell when I'm experimenting with decks because my rank will fluctuate from 4/5 down to like 7 as I try jamming shit like freeze mage, agro mage, priest, etc.

Zoo and Rogue are the old faithfulls(not surprising since I have golden hero's for both classes) and I've started using hunter to jam through the first half of the ladder at season starts.

How does the meta look in hearthstone? I stopped playing when miracle rouge got nerved (boo) but i have been logging on occasionally, and I've pretty much given up on competing in constructed because i don't even have all the naxx cards yet, let alone the most recent 2 sets

I did not play against a single red aggro deck today at the Open. 3 Abzan, 2 Jeskai Tokens, 2 Esper, 1 Sultai Reanimator and 1 Temur Aggro.
