I'm at aware that Realtors have more tools at their disposal, I was just trying to diplomatically say that I don't want to give you personal information.
None of that is personal information.

I do have a code of ethics.
Where I'm looking to live (perhaps based off of my exact work location) and my income/credit score (approximated based on pre-approval amount and how much I'm looking to spend) is pretty
personal to me.
I literally laughed out loud at this.
You post on dtr? Cool? Honestly, I don't know who posts there and who doesn't.
I actually read that site quite a bit but its mostly because a lot of the people I used to interact with on MTGS are over there.

Most of my job is contract negotiation, honestly. But the Realtor does have a more robust set of tools than you can imagine, and while you do have a lot of info available to you, more than ever before, It is still not as accurate or as up-to-date as the MLS.

I say fuck zillow because they literally violate Nevada contract law in some places with their automated estimation of value. Just as a company though. I think the service does a good job of getting information to people. Sometimes it leads them to be a little misinformed, but any agent with any skill can educate their client to current market conditions and what might be off with the information they're getting from these sites.

Yeah. It was fine, I guess, but not really April Foolsy and definitely less than awesome. The accidental unhide of the mod lounge was probably the only funny one.
