Madding kept calling for it and eventually Pendulum bought into it so much that he made a drama thread just to get his PM pal back so to diffuse their whining I unbanned him. Pendy pleas won't work the next time the hammer comes down though.

It wasn't about Harkius, MJ, it was about the fact that having a user locked up because you can be kind of an asshole sometimes was hurting the collective effort to prove we aren't all assholes all the time.
