And yours as well, Iso. :p

And yes, Iso, you are a null read for right now. inb4 I can read you better. It's a mix read at the moment. It's not that I don't have a read.

It looks like I'll be pretty busy the next two days so I might not be around much. Doesn't look like that will be a problem considering the lack of participation recently

Let's see.

imopen2 proves why kaze is town.

I wonder what using <3 three times means for alignment. Who wants to lynch imopen2 and find out?

Kaze please whine less and hunt more.

Yeah I think Void is town and I seem to recall Iso said the same later so Void is town.

Slowpoke: You're not wrong you're just an asshole for bottom of page 4.

I really don't think dialogue between Slowpoke and imopen2 does not support scumbuddies.

I hate everything rezombad says so I'm thinking he might be town. More analysis required.

Hey Iso I don't understand what you're saying about page 3 and you only having one post.

I agree on imopen and Void and CP. I don't agree on Slowpoke. I still need to go back and see why I have him as town, but in the meantime I don't think he's scum with imopen.

oh shit son 191 it still gets me everytime.

Post 196: I get the feeling if MTGS allowed swearing we'd see &
quot;fuck you Iso" as one of the top phrases on the site.

Post 200: Can I thank this post? Well Wheat Grinder thanks this post in this post if I can't thank the post by the rules.

That brings me to the present. My other game is over so I might come here more.

Man you shoulda seen that game. It was the best endgame ever.

Hearts are a thing that kaze does when he tries to be snarky. I mock him for it sometimes.

"I really don't think dialogue between Slowpoke and imopen2 does not support scumbuddies."

Try this again. With less of the unnecessary double negatives. I honestly don't know what you were attempting to say.

Ohai I have some time today. Cursory readthrough.

@rezombad:

- Why did you appeal to Iso in particular regarding my play in post 39?
- Why in the world would you think "speak now" claims would be beneficial to the town?
- What was the main reason for jumping on my wagon, exactly?

@Captain Murphy:

- Your vociferous opinions against the nameclaim make me wary, still. You say that it's a waste of time because scum will just claim some name and hope it passes, but an experienced player such as yourself should know that there is a chance that scum could claim a name a townie has and get tripped up that way. You argument that "a game this flavored would have safeclaims" is invalid. Especially when the risk for town is so low and the risk for scum is so great.
- At 142 you state "rvs was over at that point." You're saying RVS ends at
the same time for everyone? Why do you think that's the case?

@Iso:

- Why do you like Cursed_Pride?

@Slowpoke:

- Why the jump on my wagon? You gave no reasoning at the time of your vote.
- Why do I sound truthful as of post 125? I must have made an impression upon you since it was enough to make you unvote me. Yet, you give no real reasons.
- I must agree with 127. RVS should be taken seriously as should all of the game. Accountability and all that jazz.
- Talk to me about imopen. If you're town, you should be appealing to your fellow townies. Instead, you basically stick your tongue out at me.

@imopen2:

- Do you believe that me being less aggressive this game(or trying to me) is alignment indicative? If so, why?
- Also, it sounded like you were planning on voting me the whole time, you were just posturing to look like you were "considering it" before you did so. Mhmm.
- The way you worded 104 was
odd. Instead of just outright asking "Why did you vote them?" you garbled a bit asking "Why'd you do that? Because Kaze is town or because CM is scum?" I just don't see the townie mindset behind that question.

@Wheat_Grinder:

- You seem rather fence-sitty on the subject of me and my wagon. I mean, you literally called my play "forced yet genuine." What?
- Also, why wouldn't I jump on a wagon as scum?

@Cursed_Pride:

- I didn't propose nameclaiming for reactions.

@Stardust:

- Why are you opposed to nameclaiming now?

@Void:

- You seem to fancy yourself an old pro at reading Iso. What makes him seem townie in this game thus far? Er, mixed rather? Talk to me about it.

@RedNihilist:

- Post moar plox. You're hardcore flying under the radar.

(Did we ever find a replacement for Suga?)

------

I took a look at my wagon
at its apex for the fun of it.

Kazekirimaru (5) - Captain Murphy, Iso, rezombad, Slowpoke, imopen2, [Blank], [Blank]

Seven votes to lynch. Extended out to a full lynchwagon, this is how it'd be. Scum tend to sit in the middle of the major wagons so as to not draw too much suspicion.
The people at the center of my wagon are rezombad, Slowpoke, and imopen2. This just happens to coincide with my current scumreads!(almost!) I love it when things work out like this.

So, yeah.

I'd say at this stage of the game that imopen2 is pretty much certain scum. With Slowpoke and Captain Murphy likely buddies in that order.

Vote: imopen2

Looks like I came around.

Scum would think a lot harder about jumping on that wagon than you did.

Also, on the subject of "forced but genuine", WELCOME TO THE MIND OF THE GRINDER.

Get used to that phrase, I say it a lot.

@Kaze:
"You seem to fancy yourself an old pro at reading Iso. What makes him seem townie in this game thus far? Er, mixed rather? Talk to me about it."

If you read my post again you will notice I said I have gotten better at reading Iso. It does not say anything about me being a pro at reading him nor does it imply it.

As for why I have a mixed read at the moment is because of his initial vote on you which was similar to Murphy, The only difference is that Iso has provided a lot more context and has been behaviorally Town since then. If you're looking for specific posts, then you will have to wait until I am at a computer. Phone posting masks multi-quoting very difficult.

Considering there is apparently a metaphorical Iso Handbook that made his actions earlier this game readable to you, I think you can allow me the assumption that you're at least decent at reading him.

I look forward to you expounding upon this later.

Welcome Tubehunter, tell us something.
Sup, lurker?
I was wondering... you're quite experienced at this mafia-thing here, and we pretty much know each other since forever and shit, so I think I can ask you this question without being misunderstood:
I'll never be able to be as aggressive as you have been in other games, yet I find very difficult to call people scum without having good reads on them because, you know, I just feel bad.

I guess that's not a good thing, because it prevents me from contributing.
At the same time, I see people being very active
without ever following up with any *real* content, except some "will post later" here and there - what's your opinion on that?

It's fair enough that you don't wish to be aggressive. That's okay. There are plenty of people who are excellent scumhunters in this game who do so with much tact involved. That said, you cannot deny the fact that you look like lurkScum right now.

You have nine posts this game thus far.

- One is a /confirm.
- The next is proclaiming your brain hurts and talking about the setup.
- Then a thank.
- Talking about me being aggressive and null.
- Telling me to get my shit together, and telling void to do stuff.
- Calling yourself stupid.
- A welcome.
- "I've got many lives, I've got to say."
- And another welcome.

You've contributed the least in this game.

And as for other people, my opinion on them is whatever right now. I'll get to them. But your deflection and finger-pointing makes me worry even more.

Cursed Pride. I'd rather keep my reasoning for Slowpoke to myself for the moment. Remind me later and I'll give it.
Can you give it to me now? :)
Can you give me an example as to why self awareness is scummy?
Example? No. Playbook? Yes. It shows that you care about your image, rather than finding scum. Mafia are not overly concerned with finding scum, but they ARE concerned about being lynched; and thus get scared when people vote
them.
Thanks. :D
Also, how can you determine my alignment from two or three posts?
I'm very clever.
Indulge me in this cleverness, if you will.

Void I hate you but I get the feeling you are scum so I don't actually hate you.

Stardust is bumped up to null.

I'm busy remind me to say why Slowpoke is town later.[/quote]

Here's your reminder. :hi:
@CursedPride: You are calling out rezombad and myself for RVS votes. Suga got lynched in Kaze's newbie mafia for this.

I voted Iso because reasons, I just didn't feel like sharing those reasons. [/quote:
f8tuap84]

About the Kaze's Newbie Mafia thing: So? Anecdotal evidence doesn't mean much.

And voting someone while slowrolling on the reasoning is a great way for you to fabricate/make up a reason later. I don't buy it.

kaze starts off with a vote on iso (a wagon that rezombad incited after my rvs vote because, "scumslip"), and suggests we nameclaim (this is fine with me, like I said I have no problem with a name claim)
So, you're just summarizing Kazekirimaru's posts and trying to pass it off as content, huh? ;-)
imopen2 and CM are
looking very scummy focusing on some very clear RVS votes
Where's your vote then? You're making my vote looking more and more compelling.
Murphy is Scum for opportunistic jump onto Kaze. What Kaze did does not make sense from a Scum perspective. The risk vs reward for Scum is not favorable for them. If Kaze is Scum, then he is one of the braver Mafia players I have seen.

Murphy, your game has gotten weak.

I will post later today should I find the time too do so.
What is opportunisism, and why is it scummy? (I'll need a Playbook like Wheat_Grinder did it)
I just want to say that while I don't really feel scum-vibes from Kaze, I can't
label him as town either.
It's just that I can understand his state of mind after following other posts from him in Bioshock (same goes for Stardust's hiatus), but being able to understand one's frustration and reading his alignment are two different things.

Kaze: keep your shit together and try to come up with some kind of read of the situation rather than being so condescending.

With that said, I want to hear what Void wants to tell us.
I agree with this guy on so many levels.
Okay, fair enough, I misread something.

CM hasn't really been pinging me. I think his push on you was dumb but not indicative of alignment in how he went about it.

I want imopen and Slowpoke to die.
I agree with you too!
imopen is a problem, the tunneling is what worries me. Slowpoke is actually hunting to an extent

@Cursed, who do you think is scum?
Ask this question again after you've read my posts. :smileup:

Why did you ask this question, even, if I assume you've been reading the game.
@Cursed_Pride:

- I didn't propose nameclaiming for reactions.
Even so, I'm opposed to it.
Ill have something more when I get onto a real computer, but for now:

Cursed_Pride (that's me!)
Iso (I agree with him on many points, plus he seems pro town for now)
RedNihilist (I also agree with him)

LEANING TOWN
Kazekirimaru (First wagon out of the gates is usually on town, plus I like the way he's defended himself.)

NEUTRAL
Captain Murphy (Ditto on not remembering, though I want him to answer my question)
Wheat_Grinder (He makes me feel uneasy)
Void (Attacks Captain Murphy, then what?)
Stardust (Would like to see Wheat_Grinder's reasons as to why he's town)
Rezombad (I don't remember him at all besides him being suspicious because he hopped on both wagons)

LEANING SCUM
Tubehunter (No vote while calling others scum can indicate caution)
imopen2 (Summarizing without analysis
and a host of other bad things)

SCUM (OR MAFIA)
Slowpoke (Badly defended himself, same caution tell, bad hop on Iso/Kaze wagon)

I think I would support a Slowpoke wagon today, but I'll happily move my vote either to Tubehunter or imopen2 if their wagons get bigger.

I'd love to hear some substantial reasoning for the townreads on RedNihilist.
