Not sure. Stormbreath just doesn't have the raw magnetism of Thundermaw for me.
The spell suit got better for sure. Having access to Scrylands, Warleader's Helix, Chandra and Chained to the Rocks makes the difference over old Sledge. Still I doubt that it's gonna be a top-tier deck.

Although, I'd change the title of "the goons" to "let sic the dogs of war" because I own 2 awesome dogs. In fact, I've always felt that if I really was a magic card, I'd be siege-gang commander, which is a goblin too. It's awesome that you went with the Goblin theme.
