I keep telling myself I'll make a powered cube one day but deep down I know I just like hoarding expensive cards.

Happy birthday Khaos!

Zem - yeah it's decent. He says Chronicler of Heroes makes the deck and I'm inclined to agree.

Maybe it's just a thing about chroniclers, whether they track aeons or heroes they tend to be pretty decent.

Khaos: Moria was the best Fellowship minion side - it dug you through your deck to set up ridiculous Fellowship turns, was a champ at discouraging double moves, and could easily just overwhelm the Ring Bearer. In addition, not much could take a suited up Balrog or Cave Troll - those regularly equaled 2 dead companions. Once Two Towers hit I played location control Dundling Men - War Club was the best no name weapon in the game and a No Retreat at the right time was just game over.

For the Fellowship side, I played Power Rangers until Two Towers, then Horn of Boromir until it was banned, then I played a completely under-the-radar but incredibly degenerate Smeagol Fellowship.

Also, yes everyone, Super Smash Bros is a future 3DS title.

Lands
4 Urza's Mine
4 Urza's Powerplant
4 Urza's Tower
11 Island

Artifacts
4 Expedition Map

Instants
4 Condescend
4 Counterspell

Sorceries
4 Compulsive Research
4 Preordain

Creatures
4 Mulldrifter
4 Sea Gate Oracle
4 Ulamog's Crusher
[/deck]

It may want Prohoeric Orism for more Blue sources.

[deck]Pauper UB Control[/deck]
Creatures
4 Mulldrifter
4 Sea Gate Oracle

Instants
4 Counterspell
4 Deprive
4 Diabolic Edict
1 Disfigure
1 Dispel
1 Ghostly Flicker
1 Grim Harvest
3 Mystical Teachings
1 Oona's Grace
1 Repeal
4 Think Twice

Sorceries
4 Preordain

Lands
1 Bojuka Bog
4 Dimir Aquaduct
4 Dimir Guildgate
10 Island
4 Swamp
[/deck]

So, I am running Teachings package for:
- countermagic
- diabolic edict
- disfigure
- ghostly flicker
- oona's grace
- repeal
- think twice

That's a lot of cool plays I think.

Instead of Sea Gate Oracle, I could run Trinket Mage and include that package as well, for double tutors; then running 4 of each artifact land so that they have plenty of targets going long; this would give me some great sideboard options too, although overall, I think SGO is the
better card; Trinket Mage trades with more (that's a good thing) and gives you options like Sylvok Lifestaff and Nihil Spellbomb.

For
Fellowship, I mostly played with "jumping Merry" with Boromir for boosts. Farmer Maggot for extra support. Later on, I moved on to a choke strategy I dubbed "Big Men Choking It Off. " Moria, with the Armories drew me into my Fellowship stuff. I loved the deck. I was once the highest ranked player in Florida.

Also, Happy Birthday to me : 5-0 tonight with the Dargons for 1st. XD

Is Nicol bolas, planeswalker worth running in commander? I am already in the colors and seems like a nice solution to almost everything, sometimes several any things. Just assume form the purposes of this conversation that I am not going to put a great deal of effort into protecting him.

HAPPY B-DAY, MAY THE BOOZE GUIDE YOUR WAY!

Re: JRPG
FF8 is quite enjoyable if you shut up your brain every once in a while. FF7 is like my favourite game ever. Will buy the former as soon as it gets on Steam though, and my GF has already bought me the latter and I love her for that, even if she keeps trying to play Selesnya Aggro.

So, was thinking of going to an IQ in 7 or so hours, but I'm having some problems with double vision... Might be a side effect of the antibiotics, or just of the infection...

Let's hope that a good few hours sleep fixes that, so I can go e.e

Edit: Went ahead and googled. Apparently the antibiotic (Cipro) has a tendancy to mess with connective tissue, which can cause double vision in a small amount of people. Depending on how it feels in a day or so, I might drop it and call the doc for a new prescription.

Yeah cipro can mess you up, but it's one of the best antibiotics as far as efficacy goes. It's what they give you for anthrax exposure.

Anyone watch the new show Almost Human? The one with the Robot police. It is funny as hell. Last weeks episode was for me as I watch stuff on my DVR when possible.
