Current theory is to take a more proactive approach to the situation; if you simply leave them alone, you will eventually be overwhelmed. I'd suggest investing in some lions.

The Year Ahead
Forecast for July 2013 to July 2014
If You Were Born Today, July 14:
You are a very focused person, with some obsessive qualities, but as you gain life experience, you learn to ease up and enjoy yourself more. You often have a cause that you're passionate about and certainly enjoy helping people or opening others' eyes - teaching them to see the world differently. You are communicative, busy, and often on the go. You love to travel, but your home base is very important to you. Famous people born today: Woody Guthrie, Jane Lynch, Ingmar Bergman, Matthew Fox, William Hanna, Gerald Ford, Jackie Earle Haley.
Your Birthday Year Forecast:
The Sun in harmonious aspect to the Moon in your Solar Return chart is a pleasant aspect, suggesting that your domestic and career needs are not in competition with one another this year. Your inner needs tend to be mirrored by external events,
and vice versa. You are likely to be on top of your game this year for the most part, and positive connections with others can be made fairly easily. A comfortable level of personal popularity helps keep conflict to a minimum. With the ability to handle your emotions successfully, there will be less stress on both your mind and body. Your self-confidence and positive attitude will reward you!
You have a stabilizing trine between the Sun and Saturn in your Solar Return chart. This influence helps to keep you on track. For the most part, your feet are on the ground. You are able to meet your responsibilities, and you are more willing to make important commitments. Your concern for your future is stronger than usual, and you may find that projects you start, or investments you make, this year will benefit you for years to come. Your elders or authority figures in your life tend to look upon you favorably during this period in your life. Health is usually strong with this aspect.
This is an excellent year
in which to advance projects revolving around communications - writing, speaking, selling, and so forth. Your reputation may be enhanced through word of mouth. Making new contacts through learning and mental pursuits figures strongly as well.
Your faith in your ability to produce and to win takes you places you perhaps never imagined. You are able to see the "big picture", which helps you to plan effectively. Negotiations, deals, legal matters, reasonable speculation, and travel are in focus and generally favored. Positive outcomes in competitive activities, including sports and business, for example, are more possible. Enthusiasm springs spontaneously from you this year, and you have enterprising spirit. Being more aware of and sensitive to obstacles in your path as possible guideposts will help you stay on track.
This year, you can feel as if your spiritual and material goals harmonize or at least don't get in each other's way. Circumstances and your own attitudes facilitate
following through on your dreams or turning your visions and ideals into reality. Combining imagination and effort is successful now. There can be a sense that your dreams are realizable, and you can build stronger faith and acceptance.
Your more practical side comes to the fore this year, and this helps to ground you. Good energy is with you for projects and personal interests. Some of you could be turning a dream into a reality, as you are both inspired and willing to put the effort forth. This is a strong year for getting your life on track.
2013 is a Number Nine year for you. Ruled by Mars. This is a year of completion and transition. It is a time when we need to let go of things that no longer serve their purpose, and hold on to things that have a future. It is a time of cleaning out dead wood, not necessarily for new beginnings. It can be a time when a burden has been taken off your shoulders, and it can be a year of giving of yourself. Advice - let go of things that are holding you back, give
of yourself and express your sympathetic, compassionate side.

An idea for a new forum - a place to list job postings from users
As a community, we should look out for each other. We can do that emotionally, friendship-wise, and financially.
Wait... financially? How... Glad you asked!
Unemployment is still high. We should help each other find work when it becomes available - help out one another. Pay it forward, so to speak. I know this is community that is worldwide, it may be tough to figure this one out (regarding how we separate regions/nations/continents or job types [engineering, computers, arts, manual labor, food industry, etc...] part-time, full-time, seasonal, gigs, etc...), but here's my idea:
Have a forum, w/ sum-forums (for each country/that posts - in general) where individuals can post jobs that they know need to be filled. The forum would just act as a middleman and take no responsibility w/ the hiring process. It would just be, sort of like, a classifieds/
Craigslist section. In each sub-forum, there can be a thread for each state/province/what-you-call-it. Once a position is filled, the poster can delete the thread and just write "filled."
This is especially good for advertising geekish jobs that ordinary folk do have the skill set to fill.
Is this a hare-brain idea or something that can actually work?

No. I tried that.
They will give you a free one that day, though, since it's the anniversary of the day they opened.
