step 1: have a parent with at least one 31 iv
step 2: have a second parent with at least one other 31 iv
step 3: destiny knot
step 4: eggs
step 5: go to the guy who tells you your ivs
step 6: repeat with parents with different 31 ivs until you have 5-31s

if you have a parent with 3+ perfect IVs the process is absurdly fast. basically, if you have a friend safari that has a pokemon you want, 3/4 of the work is done for you.

i did learn in my few moments there that commander 2013 is going to be on continuous print so there's no actual reason to buy the decks at $40+. unfortunately the comic store closest to my office had a 2 decks, 1 of a single deck per customer policy, but they were at MSRP, so i don't have to stalk every TRU or target in a 6-town radius to get my baleful strix, true name nemesis, and condemn but for non-lands in full effect.

pretty excited to finally own 4 copies of a previously 18$ elvish visionary.

Grixis deck apparently sold out in 45 minutes. Esper deck wasn't far behind. I picked up the other three over lunch and the owner informed me that they'll be getting more in every week until forever, so... yeah, True Name Nemesis isn't going to sit at >$30 for long.
