Freedom - yeah, I enjoyed it. It was a refresher course of sorts. When I started jamming on UR in Modern testing, it made me better as I'd become accustomed to slinging direct damage too much.

Val, Thoughtscouter is solid. Don't forget about Sleight of hand also if you absolutely have to run it.

I had him ship a revealed Prime Time or some other non-lethal threat that I had another answer to by the logic that it was stronger than the average card in his deck. Next turn he top decks scapeshift and I have no answer. Now, after reading PV's "Strategy and Tactics," I would never make that mistake.
I'm glad you realise that doesn't make any sense haha. It isn't easy to seal someone's fate.

Someone explain to me why Eight-and-a-Half-Tails's entire name is hyphenated. I get "Eight-and-a-Half". But why the fuck is there a hyphen between "Half" and "Tails"?

Probably because "Eight-and-a-Half-Tails" is a proper name. Without he hyphen, the "eight-and-a-half" would just be a compound number modifying the noun "tails," which wouldn't be correct.
