Men, have you seen the new card frame from m15? there is a black part in the bottom left of the card hat looks ugly... it can be seen in the wall of fire they spoiled.

It competes with Divination. In a meta with enough creature decks Ashiok is functionally a better Domri Rade; otherwise it's very underwhelming in my experience. That's my impression this far at least.

Since I don't see Yarpus saying anything, I feel like I have to propose a sub-optimal card.

Could Pilfered Plans be in place of Divination?
You're not EVER going to mill them out, of course, but you could mess with their scrying.

I'm finding that early on that coloured requirements are kinda desperate; so I might only have 1 black mana and need divination into removal for example. The upside would be nice (also randomly hit an Aetherling or something) but it increases inconsistency in a way that makes me wary. I can see less risk averse players finding it to be good though.

I'd be open to playing red in bng if there's a way to fix mono blue; so we'll see what comes; but you couldn't pay me to play a burn list at a GP.
