Could you maybe make a table of the 17 countries and sort by instability? Please also accompany the table with a paper explaining each countries Instability Index (II), what factors you used to determine the II and why, what factors had no bearing on the II and why, and of course a bibliography which must
reference at least 2 personal interviews of yours with middle eastern heads of state for the purpose of this table.
