All swiss have mandatory military service, are issued a weapon, and are required to take that weapon home with
them upon discharge.
I was actually not ignorant of this.
Yemen is also totes not stable.
Are you completely unaware of the meaning of "relatively for an arab country"?
Having the most dangerous branch of al-qaeda isn't stable, even for the middle east. That and the ongoing civil war over the unification of north and south yemen in 1990
Also, I can't tell if Suga is genuinely trying to be insightful or just spraying out platitudes for funs.

Do you want lists of the instabilities in other arab nations? How about fucking Libya? Or Syria? Afghanistan anyone??

Could you maybe make a table of the 17 countries and sort by instability? Please also accompany the table with a paper explaining each countries Instability Index (II), what factors you used to determine the II and why, what factors had no bearing on the II and why, and of course a bibliography which must
reference at least 2 personal interviews of yours with middle eastern heads of state for the purpose of this table.

I think the point was relative stability doesn't even mean anything. It's like saying a Tiger is relatively more dangerous then a Leopard.
I've been to all of those countries and all of them are indeed fucked up.
