Well I'm fucked then. I'm awkward as fuck, and I tend to embrace that in my posts...

Also, it kinda bugs me that the word is in past-tense but the definition and use is present-tense...

Should be 'threadshitting', with 'threadshit' being the post itself, and 'threadshat' being how you describe what you just did. 'Threadshit' could also be the future tense, like "please don't threadshit'.

The origin of the word goes back to MTGS days when we used it to get around the censor. 'Shit' was censored but 'shat' wasn't so I invented the word as both a useful term for something that happens on forums everyday and a way to thumb my nose at the politically correct PG-rated mods.

What'd you think of Neck of the Woods, Spam? Better or worse than Swoon?
The first half of Neck is great but about 20 minutes in the album loses its sense of urgency and just sort of drifts from track to track.

You thought the intro track was good?

I love the fuzzed out guitar that sounds like a stockcar but that song really puts me out.

The Pit was a pretty snazzy single, though.

I bet every album sounds like a new band with the same singer.
Their sound is surprisingly consistent since it all hinges around the lead singer's lyrics and guitar playing and that guy's been in the band from the start.

I'm not snarkily defending anything :P It's my most recent favorite band.

Their first albums are a little slower, but their most recent album is a little more metal. I'll go youtube a video for your convenience.

@kaze it appears the last 5 minutes is instrumental.
