The town is struggling with a vacuum of leadership and momentum. Someone needs to fill it. I'm fine if that's people other than me, but those people will have to actually step up, share their thoughts, and start participating.
Agree with this sentiment, talking ourselves in circles doesn't really do anything, my thoughts would be one of the possible vig's do something and we go from there.

At the moment we can't move forward until Imopen claims.
Mojo says that Imopen will be either confirmed town or confirmed scum as a result, and I'm certain he's holding his vig-shot in reserve until he knows which. And until Mojo uses his vig shot, we shouldn't lynch.

It adds to the flavor! The Lego movie had a few hours in the middle where a main character wandered off and everyone had to wait until his understudy got into costume.

Haven't read this page. I think I missed a page a few back too. I don't see why I should claim. If kpaca wants to vig me, he can, but it's a mistake. He certainly should vig SOMEONE to clear himself, though I'm pretty sure it was just a gambit.
Notes:
I remembered something kpaca said that I think clears him in my mind regardless.
Az needs to learn to be concise so I can ever catch up.

In advance, I'm aware that I may look foolish after Az talked about not claiming being a death sentence. Whatever. He thinks I'm scum anyway, and I'm not trying to win him over.
I'm Batman, Master Builder. I have no special targeted abilities, but I can PM Stardust 3 inventions each day. I have expertise (see follow-up question below) in sneaky-related devices.
On D1 I submitted plans for a Lego bat bot that I can occupy. While in my bat bot, I can post, vote, and continue working on other devices normally. If I'm killed or lynched while inside my bot, I return to the game
the following day without bot protection.
That bot will be complete at the end of the day, and I've told Stardust to activate it should I live.
I've submitted 3 more inventions today.
1. A one-shot day device that gives the name of a random living townie and announces it in the thread.
2. A one-shot vote rigging device that lets my vote count twice during that day.
3. A bat cape extension that lets me hide another player at night to make them untargetable.
Stardust told me that each device takes 2 days to build.
@MoJo: what is the italicized keyword for your offensive weapon expertise? This will help clear you as town if your word matches mine.
I did a search in the thread and nobody has used the word yet. It's not in the sample role PM in the OP. Any other Master Builders should check their role PMs to see what the word is.

If you're doing what I think you're doing, that would help clear him as town (and by extension, you
) only if we assume all master builders are town.
If I were to indulge in flavor-gaming, Batman's probably the easiest of the masters builders for Stardust to organically write up as scum-aligned due to the love triangle in the movie. Weak stuff, but so is your not-so-subtly
trying to clear yourself based on proving knowledge of master builder PM formatting. I'd much rather grade you based purely on your behavior, than let you try to get the town to let you wriggle free based on role-based considerations and speculation.

Ah, so Az is unconvinced. I am shocked!
Kill or lynch me if you like, I'm annoyed at the way this game is going so getting killed wouldn't ruin the experience. Or, if you're feeling froggy, kill me tomorrow and verify my role PM says town. I'll still be alive on D3, so you get a free "Az lead me astray" pass and we can move to more productive things.
If I'm actually scum, whoever blocked me last night can just do it again to prevent a NK and then string me up tomorrow

Yeah, you missed the part where people take deep breaths and use logic to analyze things.
Occam's razor prefers the most simplistic solution. Your scenario requires me to:
1. Be scum on a team without builders.
2. Think that all the townies received conventional roles.
3. Miss reading the vanilla PM
4. Miss reading Kpaca talk about building things
"Being dumb", isn't a simple solution to explain it, it's a complicated clusterfuck requires four separate conditions to all be true. It's also completely out of character for me, as even Kpaca's admitted.
That's opposed to the simple explanation of a townie who mistook the guy who tried to counter-claim Kpaca as someone who *could* actually (and was trying to) counter-
claim Kpaca, by claiming to have a special affinity for vigging people.
This doesn't make you any less scum in my mind.

4. I doubt you missed what kpaca said, but that doesn't mean you understood it, or what DK said in response. DK was not "counter claiming" per say, he was questioning the speed at which kpaca claimed his day vig would be ready (a legitimate question that I asked myself when I read kpaca's claim).
I'll know soon enough whether you are lying or not, assuming kpaca doesn't end you first.
