Well, I never expected to see Imperial Seal and Jar of Eyeballs appear in the same decklist together. $700...whew.

Worn Powerstone, Thran Dynamo, Phyrexian Metamorph, Necrologia, Necropotence, Swiftfoot Boots, Doubling Cube, Fabricate, Animate Dead, Necromancy, probably more basic swamps and fewer non-basic, non-swamps?

Other suggestions, but those are the relatively inexpensive ones.

Grim-grin and Koku together are just...mean.

I suppose I should add that I play exclusively online where Imperial Seal is vastly more affordable.

All your suggestions are for budget changes are spot on. Thran Dynamo and Worn Powerstone are all-stars for me in other lists.
