What, so then he can attack the turn he's supposed to attack instead of two turns later? This guy needs haste just to be a regular creature! And he can't block. And he can only attack once every two turns. And he's just vanilla aside from this serious drawback.

I said it's heaven because he will be triggering the 'draw a card' mode a lot :)

It has the holo mark because Wizards knows the counterfeit turtles are going to flood the market, that is why they gave it islandwalk

No, the sultai watermark. Usually, they only put watermarks on cards that either are explicitly in a certain faction's colors (e.g. Warleader's Helix) or represent that faction's mechanic (e.g. Legion Loyalist). This card shows neither.
