The mill vampire is much weaker than the old mill vampire (Szadek) and likely won't see any play even in EDH.

The B/W instant is strong but balanced out with a fair mana cost.

The Skeleton shows just how terrified of "Dredge" mechanics the designers are. Horrible card.

That's statistically incorrect. You mill an average 8.64 cards per swing with the new guy, versus 5-10-15 with Szadek. Szadek costs 2 more mana, meaning your opponent has milled an average 19 cards by the time Szadek can be cast. By the time Szadek can mill the same number of cards as Vosk, you've already hit your opponent for 34 cards.

This may make it worse in EDH but better in other formats, presuming the base 4 toughness makes it as resilient as 5 toughness in Ravnica block. This is also assuming Mill is a real thing but that's the joke . swf.

The instant allows you to get back Planeswalkers in a color combination tied to Junk Reanimator, and while I don't think the deck can afford slots for Planeswalkers or non-Flashback reanimation, knowing you can reanimate the biggest creatures and most powerful card type in addition to Artifacts and other less obviously powerful/game winning card types makes it the kind of
card to keep on the backburner in case some deck does manage to want that effect.

Not very exciting spoilers on freebie preview sites.

The mill guy is bomb in limited. I love drafting the mill strategy in gatecrash so I hope it is still viable in a full set draft

The card does play nice with Chandra's -2 and brings back Nicol Bolas. Junk 'Walkers maybe?
