Correctly identified Suga on day 1 as being too aggressive - this is about the only townie thing I've seen him do.
Up until page 4, he just seemed new to me rather than being scummy. Then on page 4, he feels the need to point out that he has "nothing to hide", and uses the phrase "my poor self". Townies should act with a bit more conviction, no?

Frustration. When you are are the fast track to being mislynch number 2 after being fairly certain that you were pretty safe. And when you floundered under pressure like I did, you begin to get frustrated. When I saw your info posts, in my mindset it came out as "tee hee we know info that could help the town but were not going to tell you" also, it's not fun feeling like 1 vs all, and when you hear a suspected town player say they have information you feel like " oh god maybe that info can help me out please Someone help me". As to no never mind post, have you ever been upset and made a bad desicion and knew it was bad but you didn't care cause you were upset? And then later you are like " oh god i fucked up!" That is what happened to
me.

Frankly I've have a question for checkbox and red.

Who are your scum suspects? (Yes, even me, as shocking as that is) why? ( box you don't really have to give your answer on me as we already know, but feel free to add anything)

I just don't like the way stardust goes "Yeah don't worry about this information we know, but just to let you guys know, we totally have it"

So that's it, Red? Those were the few things that bother you? Feels like your other post was pretty misleading if that's all you've got...

Mmmm... let's throw this out out for the group, shall we? Without speculating too much on what Iso and I might know, why is TubeHunter's
reaction scummy?

Ok, let's just suppose I trust you and delay Iso's explanations for later - I guess that I can't speak about what strikes me about that post either, then.

Just say you think it's fishing and leave it at that.

There other two question that I can't get a grasp on, though:
- I clearly remember someone saying something like "I won't be nightkilled because this is a n00b game and I'm one of the tutors, so that would be very unfair" and I'd love to re-read that post but I just cannot find it (I basically had no non-working computer time last days);

- before being hanged, Suga said something on wanting Iso and Checkbox being investigated, and that he could see one of them being scum along a newbye (he mentioned me and Tube as the potential scum, if I remember correctly); at that time I read all those posts as ways to just divert attention from himself, but with him turning townie I'd like to understand if he actually had understood something or if it was just crazy randomness from somebody that was just going to be lynched anyway.

Yeah, by all means look! Build a case and quiz Iso all you want - just don't expect to get him lynched and don't expect him to answer all of your questions at this point. Iso and I know something that most of you don't, and I think we should keep it that way for now.

I'm more than open to discuss every sentence of said post, but I'd like you to crearly state what sounded so wrong in it, in your opinion.

I'm disappointed you're not giving me a straight answer. I'll consider that a point against you.

One of my problems with the post in question is that it's a total fence-sit on Suga. It gives you the chance to either put your vote on him or back off completely. That gives scum an excuse to throw their vote around. While it's good to doubt your reads sometimes, it's also scummy to have no conviction whatsoever in them. Understand? Additionally:

"We do want our fellow townies to be dedicated people, don't we?"

The line "our fellow townies...don't we?" really stands out because it's like you're making it a point to say, "Guys, look, I'm including me as part of the town!" It doesn't strike me as natural phrasing and it's something I personally did in my first scum game ("we, the townies").

Why the defensive reaction?

I went of the defensive because, well, getting called out on something you don't really
understand is really not the best situation.
I felt like that asking me to guess what might have been dislikable in my post was a bit unfair, and I ended up asking myself if your call was actually motivated or if you were just try to put pressure on me.

Now:
a) I'm pretty sure that Suga is scum for the way he assaulted CheckBox with his voting; his late defense consisted of random one-liners saying "also, X il probably mafia" without any motivation, that sounds like attempts to just divert the attention on someone else;
b) the "our fellow townies" was, in fact intended to be quite a neutral remark, as one could have "fellow townies" while being a townie, scum, a cop, an alien or whatever... I see the point you're making, though.

In my experience, the only people who complain about whether or not a question is fair are mafia. I caught myself starting to
do it in a post once when I was scum after declaring that to be a scum identifier and then stopped myself before I posted. I'll be coming after you on Day 2.

Well, I have no experience whatsoever, so that's an easy win for you

Power Role. Meaning a role that has an ability, whether it be vigilante, cop, census taker, etc.

Clownfish, the way Mafia is played here, you always want a day lynch. There's pretty much no info given out at night other than anything a PR may give. At other sites I've played, there's detailed night write ups and at those sites, a day lynch is not always useful.
