Well, alright. The computer in question would mainly be for some light gaming. I play LoL on occasion. Stuff like Tera Online, too. I'm also fond of playing stuff like old FF titles and various niche platformers and visual novels. And Netflix. Lots of that.

Thing is - my hobby would probably expand with my equipment and not the other way around. Would I like to play Skyrim online with graphics so HD they'd make me look outside in disgust for the awful definition God has chosen to make the universe? Hellz yeah. Is that feasible? I really don't know.

Also maybe spend a little time thinking about what you want the computer to do for you; a gaming rig is going to want a different setup than, say, a pr0n machine or IMV. Budget accordingly.

I know literally zero about desktops as I've never owned one personally.

I'd like to change that, though. A simple, entry level setup. Nothing flashy. How should I go about this?
