We were at a store out in BFE that did 90% trade value, so we hopped on that Valuetown-bound train immediately. We pretty much just traded 16 Mutavaults, 2 Elesh-Norns, some extra Batterskulls, and some extra Urborgs into two entire modern decks.

We still have like 10 Karn Liberated that we're holding onto in hopes that he rises even more.

At one point, we had 16 Mutavaults in our pool.

We now have 4. We transmuted them into Liliana of the Veils.

To be fair, most people on this site aren't really competitive.

I'd say, Z, Khaos, L_D, Purp, Pedros, and Myself are about it, with Kait and MDU doing the modo thing.

Everyone else plays when they can, but me and everyone else I mentioned along with myself are the only ones who actually travel to big events semi-regularly while also having realistic ambitions of doing well.

I go to 1, sometimes 2 IQs a week.

I never check spoilers, spoiler season for me starts at my prerelease. Makes it easier to evaluate cards when I've never seen them before, since I ACTUALLY READ THEM.

Good ones don't. Sarkhan seems like the kind of card that is good enough to warrant at least a $20 price tag going forward. I'd be willing to risk $20 to spec on him though.

When I get broke I never consider selling my Magic cards. Like I said, as far as I'm concerned, they have no monetary value. (Outside of trading, obviously.) Of course, I've never been broke enough to where I needed to do that.

What makes you think I spend $500+ on any deck? When you already own any card you'd want to use, decks are free.
