Like, imagine for a second that a magical card would hint at actual sexual relationships between the characters. I thnik the last time I saw something like that hinted at was in the ice trilogy between jodah and whatshernae, and also in the Urza saga between Xantcha and fake Mishra Toshiro and Kiku shared the only true sex scene in all of Magic's history. Liliana and Jace have fucked many a time. Jace was also really into Emmara, until her card got printed and his friends started making fun of him for hanging out with her...

Likely not. They like reprinting random powerful cards like that to make Standard feel different, but they'll move on to other random powerful cards for a while. I'd never expect Mutavault to become a staple card in Standard, so my bet would be at least 5 years or so before it returns in a core set...

Trap card is a trap. It's a Johnny card, to be sure. I agree that's it's probably awful, but you can't deny that there are a lot of two card combos to draw two cards off this guy for free. Unfortunately, there are also lots of two card combos that win you the game, so.....

Lulz. Spend 2 turns playing and donating this dude, then another card to kill the dude you gave them, to net zero cards. Pretty sure you play this guy as a Goblin Piker, get in a few hits (somehow?) then donate him only once you're able to close the game with the burn that's on top of your deck. Easy turn 5 win...

Damn, I wish I could alter cards in 30 minutes. I've made some pretty decent alters in the past (if I do say so myself), but they're always hours-long slogs. Still working on an altered Blasphemous Act that I started when Innistrad was released... :slant...

Everything that makes red good in constructed is garbage in EDH / Multiplayer. Direct damage and hasty 1-drops suck, yeah, but that doesn't change the fact that red has better card draw and better finishers while white has better wraths and better spot removal. Controlling the game is fine, but in multiplayer, you have to eventually get around to winning the game too. It's also a question of commander quality. No white commander can match Norin or Kiki-Jiki. Even Purphoros and Krenko are better than basically every white legend. I will admit that white is sometimes a better support colour, depending on what your deck is trying to do. It's got the best removal in the game on all sides, but you'll generally be counting on your other colours to actually close out the game. Nice alters, Purp! The island is quite well done...
