I would rather have more burn which I can point at him when I run him out of creatures. Topdecking a Chain when your opponent is at 2 is a very bad feeling.

I think that the mana is good enough that the only reason to run a 1-color deck is for consistency reasons. That said, 19 sources might suffice for RR, but I think we should have 1RR on 3 for sure. Reckoner isn't powerful enough to strain the mana.
