Yes, I too have often contemplated the advantages of becoming a hapless, friendless loser who sits and watches months-old movies that everyone else has already seen in his underwear while drinking cheap scotch waiting for the DVDs to come out, but I just haven't had the time to make such an important change to my lifestyle.

Also Hobbit 2 is the best LOTR movie since Fellowship and 2 Towers
People keep telling me I "have to" go watch the movie with them then pulling out at the last minute, it's truly aggravating I haven't seen this damn thing yet. Granted, I've read the book like 4 or 5 times so it's not like I'm worried about spoilers; I guess the takeaway from this woeful tale is just that people fucking suck balls.
Seriously, I'm pissed that none of my friends want to go see the damn thing. (Im not really a go to the movies alone guy)

I enjoyed The latest Hobbit movie, and I'd forgotten so much of the book that it was like the first read-through.

i almost unfailingly tell people that i am truely sorry for their lots when presenting me with a sad situation that does not warrant the emotional investment they've shown me.
