No one puts Khaos in the Shame hole.
Lies.

He's been in that goddamn hole for like 6 months.

Alex's gayness brings an undesirable stink to the thread. We're in a better place without it.

But we still love him.
That's not Alex, that's your shame hole.

How's that coming, btw?
Ok, I didn't want to say anything, but I broke the bottle of mead while trying to pack it. Apparently, I shouldn't use newspaper as packing material. So, with that said, I have to wait until next Thursday (I just paid rent, sadly, so I'm broke) when I get paid again to buy more mead. And this time, I'll actually spend the few dollars on bubble wrap to make this happen.
n
I suppose I should send something extra for all this time waiting.

Anyways, if I mail this out next Thursday/Friday, I should be out of the shame hole by the following Monday/Tuesday? And I won't even bother to bathe either. I want to savor my shame hole stench.

You broke a bottle while packing it? Were you using a hammer to apply the paper?

I put the box down on the floor in my kitchen and started putting layers of newspaper at the bottom. I put the bottle in too hard and just cracked, spilling precious mead everywhere.

I think I should also pack it upright, since when I put it in the box I was laying it down on its side.

I was so hoping nobody would ask about it for another week so I could just say, "It's in the mail."

I guess I could've just said that in the first place, but that would be lying.

And, at that point, we'd have to construct a Shame Hole Tier System to accurately reflect your increased shame.

The new land destruct is pretty cool; much more my style for the mirror than Volcanic Strength. It's a good time to be a red mage, I just hope they print us a playable one-drop.

The need to make redthirst as a one-drop with a mana sink. Except that with each red mana you sink into him, his crank gets bigger and bigger, like Figure of Destiny.

GP Boston-Worcester is Standard next July. I'll be there. Anybody visiting the Northeast for it?

I suppose it could see some SB play - though I doubt it - but if it does, it'll certainly make Chained to the Rocks a good bit worse.

As I'm from New Hampshire, that may be the one GP I realistically make.

This thread is so full of win right now. I want to go to San Diego and Atlanta to party with everyone.

Also, hey super secret Tier 3 redbros, what's the deal with the shirts? Have we gotten any further?
We're still discussing it actually. We need to get the design finalized within the week and then start collecting money. If we can act fast and submit everything within the next 2 weeks, then we may have them by States.
Who is designing it?

2 things I'm noticing in the spoilers so far that I really hope means something, but it probably doesn't, but I'm going to hope anyway. And then be disappointed.

1. There's a crap-ton of lightning in artwork. I'm holding out hope for Lightning Bolt in the block
2. Erebos has 7 toughness. Why? He's indestructible!! Maybe they'll bring Mutilate back?

I likely want 2-4 of these in the mirror. I'm super stoked for Theros, in general, there's so much cool stuff. Unfortunately, the prices have already skyrocketed on a lot of the stuff I'd be looking for, so my buddies and I will just hope for lucky pulls
with a box or two, then sell high and buy low once the hype dies down.

I will be making GP Sacramento. Was just talking about the GP schedule.

And holy shit insane spoilers. Erebos is a very good sideboard option for dos rakis decks(you actually don't care if he's a creature), the dimir walker is a win-con against control and probably good against midrange though mediocre to aweful vs. agro, the rakdos 2 drop legend...is fucking sweet.
You gotta understand, I love the beatdown. I really do. I always have.

Beatdown is hard, though.
