Yep, I confirmed that with in ORC - I'm not sure when they changed the system though cause list year hitting 35 use too = 1 foil and 1 non-foil (you can look at my collection for proof).

From my playtesting experience, I believe that Zoo is a good matchup. You are roughly 70% before boarding, and 45% after boarding when facing 3 artifact hate cards. Mox Opal and Springleaf Drum allow you to deploy threats more quickly than they can answer them, and Etched Champion equipped with Cranial Plating can finish them off in two blows.

Roughly 300'ish but I already have Mox Opal from the old days (only 3 since legacy rules was different back then) so for me about >100'ish (which is free since I have so many boosters lying around).
